They were accommodating and tried to make the tea stronger, but I could not notice a difference.If you want a fun experience with boba merchandise, go. The store itself is genuinely very cute and fun. But if you’re looking for authentic boba tea, this is not it.

We went to this location for the first time the other day and it is fabulous! The claw machines are so much fun and the prizes are great quality, we won a few plushes, my kids were very happy. The drinks are really tasty and served in cute cups with cat lids. I had the Galaxy soda, it was delicious. We also tried the waffle pops and they were very good too. We can’t wait to visit again and hope that the Gilbert location will get the claw machines too.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids, there are lots of claw machines and it’s not too hard to win a few prizes.

Visited this boba place for the first time with my family on Sunday, March 24, in the afternoon and the quality of the food and drinks were okay, not incredible enough to blow us away. We got 3 bubble drinks and they tasted watered down along with the brown sugar boba being overcooked and tasting kind of soapy. We also ordered a 6 count of pan-fried gyoza and it was poor quality in not only the appearance of them, but also not being served the exact amount that was advertised and what we paid for. The menu, both in store and online, advertise an order of 6 pan-fried gyozas, but we were only served 5. The gyozas were extremely hard on the outside and burnt along the edges, which I believe it was due to the employee that was in charge of them, forgetting about them, so they were overcooked. When we asked the cashier to confirm if the order is serving a 6 count of the pan-fried gyozas, since we were actually only served 5, the cashier excused the problem by saying she believes that the business might've recently changed the brand of frozen gyozas they receive to bigger gyozas, so maybe they couldn't fit all 6 gyozas and could only fit 5 gyozas in the box container they're served in. The box container they were served in was plenty big enough to have fit all 6 gyozas along with the tiny container of soy sauce that was put in the box container. We said they need to change their menu, both in store and online, to advertise that it is only a 5 count they are serving now instead of continuing to deceive customers by having them pay full price for a 6 count of pan-fried gyozas, but really only serving them a 5 count and cheating them out of their money. My family and I will not be returning to this boba store. We are disappointed in the quality of food and drinks, along with the service we received.

Not only is this one of the better Boba places with delicious snack foods, it has wonderful service that is friendly and quick. The claw machines here are especially worth the trip as they are well maintained, the claws work, the prizes are spread out to give you a chance to get them, and are very reasonably priced. The bathrooms are well kept and very clean as well. If you love your Boba and want a prize to boot, take the time to come here. You will not be disappointed!

this review is only for their royal house milk teathis place is super cute!!!!!! i love the mascots they are cute omg1.5/5 milk teabut sadly the milk tea cant love up to how cute the decor and cups are. the milk tea taste really watery with the tea practically dominating the drink (it basically tastes bitter???), honestly i thought the drink was powdered with how generically bland it was, almost zero milky taste at all.1/5 bobathe boba had enough structure for one bite before falling apart, it feel like a store brought boba that was left out to sit for awhile. with all the boba places we have now in Arizona, there's no reason to come here at all if you want boba milk tea.
