This place has the best atmosphere and customer service. Not to mention the BOBA. I get something different every time I go and I have yet to be disappointed. They have great food as well.

I never leave reviews but I just had to today after this. I've heard good things about this place so I wanted to try it out. I went on the website to place an order for pick up for me and my coworkers, but the website wouldn't let me choose just the Brown Sugar Milk Tea by itself without it being in the combo. I went ahead and called instead to place the order and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. He said they don't take over the phone orders which is completely understandable, however given the situation of the website not allowing me to click the brown sugar tea by itself and grabbing this on my 30 minute lunch, I didn't have another option. I explained the situation to him and he gave me the loudest huff like it was so inconvenient for him to do and said "fine, I guess I can take it over the phone" in which I immediately offered to just place it in store if it was that inconvenient for him to do and he was just like nope, I'll just take it now with such an attitude. As I was ordering, I ordered the brown sugar tea with the cheesecake topping and he cut me off saying "yep it already comes with that" with the snarkiest attitude. This is my first time trying this place so how was I supposed to know that it came with that topping... The entire conversation he made me feel so bad about even placing an order with them that I almost just didn't go pick it up. When I got there, there wasn't one single person in the lobby so it's not like they were slammed or anything. I've had numerous customer service jobs in the food industry, I get it when people are being difficult and ask for unreasonable things, which is why I am always understanding and nice to EVERY person working in that industry because I've been there. This guy was just not having a good day or something, but I've never had anyone in the service industry make me feel so bad about ordering there lol. To top it all off, he made me the wrong drink so I didn't even get my brown sugar milk tea at the end of this debacle (in which I feel like he did it on purpose to prove a point). I don't even know what I got because it looks completely different from the picture and tastes like straight mint. I literally will never return here again because of this incident.

I’ve been coming here three times now and their boba is always so good! Their Taro Milk Tea is just perfect!! Friendly and great staff as well! A great atmosphere to just hangout and have a good time with friends. Highly recommend Boba Toko?

I hate to do this, but this has been the last three times I’ve gone. The person working the counter was excellent, he paid close attention and took detailed notes. However, the person who does the drinks in the back manages to make the drink taste like utter dirt. I ordered a Moonlit Tea, no chia seeds, add strawberry and mango popping boba. The drink was so bad my husband also couldn’t stomach it. My husband got a jasmine milk tea, with crystal boba since they were out of brown sugar boba. His drink did not have boba at all. A very disappointing experience as far as the drinks go.

Woah! I didn’t expect it to be this good. The boba is the softest around this area. Though not quite comparatively chewy, the texture is really good and not overcooked.
If you love boba i’d definitely recommend this place! I went in and got a mango slush, and it was delicious. The employees were very nice and patient while you ordered, and the service was very quick. I personally think the prices were reasonable, the decorations inside were cute!❤️

Gave the Thai tea and Taro tea a try...was pretty disappointed. The Taro tea was fine, but I did not like the boba (apparently it was honey boba but had no sweetness and the texture wasn't right). The Thai tea on the other hand was absolutely the worst Thai tea I've ever tasted. Service was also quite slow although the workers seemed a bit understaffed so not really their fault.
