Just stopped by at the Bobazona Tempe location and picked up two drinks, also this pastry thing. We don’t remember the name of the pastry 😭 but it’s pretty fire! Not too sweet but just right with a very classic flavor. We got a smoothie and Thai tea, it was cool that you can also change the level of sweetness. Shoutout to Mr Giza and the wife Gigi

Ordered a custom watermelon slushie boba and “island blush”. Both drinks were absolutely delicious! Must try!! So refreshing! And I also really liked that you can adjust the sweetness levels of your drink according to your preference👍

BEST DUBAI STRAWBERRY CUP EVER!!!!!! Was so good so much katafi and pistachio perfect ratio!! Boba was also delicious drank mine in like 3 minutes. Definitely will be stopping back here

This was our third visit. Every time we have stopped in Gigi and her husband have been SUPER helpful and friendly. They literally give you so many samples you feel guilty. Everything is delicious.
It really is great to see a young couple out there chasing their dream.

My partner and I visited this boba shop on 9/26/2025 at 6:30 PM. My partner asked what was in the Arizona Sunset. She decided it seemed too sweet and decided to get the mango prickly pear. We told him how we wanted it and waited about 4 minutes. We heard him say the Arizona Sunset was ready, thinking the customer after us ordered that. He told us our order was ready and gave us the AZ sunset. We told him we ordered the mango prickly pear and he argued with us. He stated we didn’t order that and that he had written on the cup what we ordered. He stared at us and then told us he would remake it while shaking his head. I’ve come here before and settled for this boba since it was conveniently next door to the bookstore. But the quality of the beverage doesn’t make up for the poor customer service. I’m not saying the customer is always right. I’ve also worked in food service before and I know this wasn’t the right way to go about it. There was no need for arguing when he was the one who misunderstood. Mistakes happen, and that’s okay. But it’s how the mistake was handled that really upset us. We’ve had better boba at better places. With way better customer service than this place. This was also pricier than our usual Dayung Tea. I recommend saving your money on better boba with better customer service than Bobazona

Clean and cozy. Took daughter here for some boba and was helped by gigi. Great customer service, she was knowledgeable and provided recommendations for both both of us. Lots of open space to sit and relax, plus games for us to play while we had our drinks.. Will visit again and try the gelato next time too.

It's a really cute place with lots of desserts and sweets offerings but like holy balls the POG Jasmine was so sweet. :( I'd come back but order something else.
I love that they have gelato but got really sad when I saw that the gelato look so melted.
Tried the chocolate and original baklawa and it was delicious.

BobaZona in Tempe, AZ, very positive vibes, and such an enjoyable experience. There is so much selection when it comes to drinks and topping choices (boba, jelly, etc.). If you have a double sweet tooth, a boba tea paired with their selection of gelato (or their Dubai chocolates), it’ll be satisfied quickly! Kudos to Geza for the hospitality! Will be coming back for sure!
6 month UPDATE! Just visited again, and kudos to Geza and the crew! Friendly staff, consistent drinks, and positive atmosphere. Whenever y’all are in Tempe, come check them out! 👍
