This was my first time coming to Bosa and my service was horrible. The lady shoved all my donuts in this small box… smashed. We did not receive the same level of service as others. This is my first and last time coming here. I hope no one experiences the service that I have.

Ordered the ham jalapeno and cheese croissant, received one with no jalapeno. It wasn't busy inside or at the drive thru, we were the only customers inside. I think the employees are just extremely inattentive. Iced coffee was fine, glazed twist was good. Meh.

I recently visited Bosa Donut on Saturday night, and had a wonderful experience! The friendly girl with red hair was incredibly helpful and made my visit enjoyable. Her positive attitude and warm smile brightened my day. The service was top-notch, and she went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The donuts were delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thank you for the great service! I highly recommend Bosa Donut to anyone looking for a tasty treat and friendly service.
Dont carry cream filled doughnuts like other bosa donuts. The best doughnut shop is all the other bosa shops in tempe

The donuts and drinks here are everything you could want in a donut shop. They're open 24 hours through the drive thru, and they have lots of fun flavor options on their menu. Things aren't particularly cheap here but I'm willing to make the effort to spend an extra dollar or two per item because the staff is kind and I know they're serving with integrity. Some of their drink items aren't entirely clear as to what they are, or the title is vague, but it kind of exercises your sense of adventure in that way.

I decided to try them again after more than a year. I stopped going after seeing a cockroach crawl across the front of the doughnut case. Well, I was standing in line. The person behind me went to the front and paid. The worker decided to take her order. I said I was in line before her. The worker said she already paid. She did not care. Not a good place to go for cleanliness or customer service.

Spent $26.20 never got my order right cats return three times paid for two sandwiches had to come back because they only made me one paid for two drinks but they wanted to charge me for a cup of ice with a lid very polite young lady but apparently 99 cents it's too much of a courtesy to provide a customer young lady does not want to give me the phone number for the manager it's not posted anywhere I work in the sun all day so it's beyond me that after having to return three times on my lunch break for mistake made by the young lady and the lack of communication between the nice Asian sandwich lady I wasted my lunch time next time it definitely goes somewhere different I won't spend another time or dime
