One star. Cause roaches in the bathroom. But I only got a thai tea. Which the boba inside was good.

Unfortunately they don't have plain, I wish I could find in their menu, but all they had is with sugar covered

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. Every time I give BOSA Donuts another chance, I walk away more disappointed than before. The woman who helped me during my last visit was clearly in a bad mood and made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start.

To make matters worse, my entire order was wrong. Not just one donut or a small detail, the whole thing. I had to repeat myself multiple times, but it felt like she wasn’t even listening. When I finally got my bag, nothing matched what I had asked for. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for something and don’t even get close to what you ordered.

On top of that, there’s zero variety here. It’s always the same donuts, the same limited selection, and nothing ever changes. You’d think a donut shop would try to keep things exciting or at least rotate flavors once in a while, but not here. It’s boring, predictable, and lazy.

Overall, this place has gone downhill. Bad service, wrong orders, and no creativity. If you’re looking for friendly service or fresh options, I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else. Save your money and skip BOSA Donuts.

Imo , Bosa donuts has the best lemon filled and barvarian cream filled donuts! At least this location does. They also aren’t skimpy with the filling so you pretty much get some with every bite.

Worse bosa in the entire state. Rudest staff of any business in Arizona. There are several bosa’s near here, and all are way better with much better service.

A Bosa doughnut is a Bosa doughnut…. it’s always going to be delicious, but why do you have employees being absolutely disgusting and rude? Ruins the entire run-in. Doughnuts were amazing, man at the window was NOT.
