Feb 10 7:48pm; I came in with a friend and we got our donuts and sat down in the dining area. I was walking to the bathroom and for some reason the sensor went off while I wasn’t by the door. I walked back from it and the lady that served us came out, I asked her where the sensor was because I was confused on why it was going off while i was walking and she yelled “are you going to keep setting the sensors off or you can leave”. I just left with no talk back. That was weird.

Our community loves the carbs! Having a Bosa location so close to us is a real treat. We've been frequent visitors lately, and enjoy the ambiance while perusing the donut inventory. Vera has provided prompt and amazing customer service, and a huge smile. We're also grateful that your glazed donuts are so delicious. Thank you!

Looks can be deceiving. The pictures make the donuts look very good. However they are dry with no flavor. I asked the lady to warm them up for me and she did for like 5 seconds for 3 donuts is crazy. They were still hard and cold. Never again.

I love it. Plain is my fav one, and they have it. There is a corner with cafe chairs for some who needs a place to read or doing assignments while having a cup of coffee and donuts for sure 😄. Their music playlists also welcomes.
If you go inside and nobody is behind the counter DO NOT press the customer service button unless you are tying to get a jump scare and incoherent yelling from some larger guy wearing glasses in the back probably eating the donuts. Go to any other location great donuts so so service

Poor service. The lady at the counter seems to be displeased at taking customer orders and answering any questions. She also screwed up by giving a jalapeño sandwich instead of a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese.
