We arrived two hours before closing but still felt rushed, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The service was slow, and the server rarely checked in on us. At the end, we felt pressured to leave a large tip, which was uncomfortable since the server stood there waiting- ironically, it was the most attention we received all night. On top of that, my friend ended up with food poisoning from the Hot Shabuya. While our first visit was enjoyable, this second experience left us not wanting to return.

It was a solid spot and scratched the hotpot craving itch. We tried the Kimchi and Jalapeño Miso broths. Full disclosure, the kimchi was super mild, which was a little disappointing, and honestly, both broths were pretty mild.
The veggie selection was kinda small too. But, they had a great variety of meats and the sauce bar was small but it did the trick.
This is gonna sound silly, but I could not get over the bowls, lol. They were so small and shallow. I guess i like deep bowls 🤷♀️
Overall, it's a great place if you're a hot pot newbie and are nervous to try it out. As someone who's a big fan of hot pot, though, it was a little underwhelming for the experience I was looking for. Good, but not amazing. Also the service is great!! Super helpful and polite. I would go back. :)

Base on the sign online and even at the restaurant, grand opening and promotion $9.99 from August 15 to September 30. Why didn’t they honor this price until September 30? But they said it’s now $19.99 until September 30. This is not good. It is a business. I was previously involved in business. They must uphold their commitments. I am informing you that they will soon shut down the business due to this. It's unacceptable for a business to advertise a promotional price for a specific duration and then change it abruptly, as it undermines customer trust and loyalty.

This was a great experience! We went in and were seated and handed menus. The employee explained everything about their menu and how the experience worked. We ordered a couple of rounds of food from the gold menu based on his recommendations and it was amazing. All of the vegetables were so fresh and the meat was delicious too. I definitely recommend the spicy lemongrass soup base since it was a perfect blend of spices. We will be back again for the amazing food and friendly service!

This is not your average hot pot experience. When I walked into BoSa Kobe I was welcomed with gusto that immediately made me feel I was in the right place. My server Sebastian really went above and beyond to make my experience the absolute best. Service is absolutely a 10/10 and the prices are great too!

If you are in or around Tempe, Arizona, you need to stop by this place! Just 20-30 minutes drive from downtown Phoenix, this place is a gem to be discovered!
The soup flavors, the fresh vegetables and yummy ingredients on their menu, are well worth it! The servers were very kind and helpful. Our whole family had a wonderful time there, and what a place to dine with a group or just by yourself (a whole pot all to yourself)!!
