just had a lovely dinner with some friends of mine at bosa Kobe hot pot Tempe. The food was wonderful, and both of the servers were truly some of the best I’ve experienced in my lifetime. Stellar customer service, they were very helpful, and extremely kind. We came in late, but we never felt rushed. We will absolutely be back! only thing i wish they had was dessert!
It was a solid spot and scratched the hotpot craving itch. We tried the Kimchi and Jalapeño Miso broths. Full disclosure, the kimchi was super mild, which was a little disappointing, and honestly, both broths were pretty mild.
The veggie selection was kinda small too. But, they had a great variety of meats and the sauce bar was small but it did the trick.

This was a great experience! We went in and were seated and handed menus. The employee explained everything about their menu and how the experience worked. We ordered a couple of rounds of food from the gold menu based on his recommendations and it was amazing. All of the vegetables were so fresh and the meat was delicious too. I definitely recommend the spicy lemongrass soup base since it was a perfect blend of spices. We will be back again for the amazing food and friendly service!
