The server was very rude. I was a paying customer and she was very rude while I asked for a cup of water. What she said was the store was very busy. This is not the reason a person should say just when I asked for a cup of water. Please avoid going to this store!!!!

This place has great drinks and I love to go but today I was in for a drink and was looking at how they where doing my order and I have to say they have alot of health violations examples of what I’ve seen 1) no hair nets 2) no gloves and nail polish on nails which where all cracked 3) Cashier did not wash her hands and would come back to finish drinks 4) they where drinking their own personal drinks infront of clients. Coming from a person who has work in the food industry service, in my restaurant this a health violation and people can get sick !! Hope that management can fix these health violations for their customers and for employees awareness and safety.

The business is not appealing to look at or walk in to. It's always super hot inside and the place is extremely dirty. I don't know what's going on ... if the lobby is not well kept or properly cleaned, I wonder how y'all manage cleanliness when our drinks are being made in your actual workspace. I feel disgusted just looking at the lobby.

I got $20 certificate from the clipp app and they said unable to redeem it here but still took my $20 from the app. I was unable to get any drinks and lose my money too 😞.

Was told they couldn't take my Clipp/Local Flavor deal. So I contacted Clipp for my money back, then they contacted Bubble Bee and were told they were honoring Clipp deals even though the day before I was refused. Now I can't get my money refunded from Clipp...

Honestly, kind of disappointed about our experience. I did a catering order for about 16 drinks total. They don't have the gallon bucket type, it's literally per drink. Everything was great with the transaction, I went in early to get the payment done and set up a pick up time. When we picked up the drinks and went home, we noticed more than 2 drinks' seal wasn't sealed right and leaving the bags filled with our order and also leak out on the car. (I had to tape seal the drink so it doesn't spill more) I contacted the person who is in charge of the caterer and just got completely ignored. I think the drinks are overly sweet and pricey. Probably won't go back to visit again nor recommend to friends or family.

They had a coupon on clipped. When I went there, they said they wouldn’t honor it because they deleted the app the scan the certificate. Horrible customer service!
I used to love this place but their drinks are just not good anymore. They aren't sweet. I went on a long break from this place, and decided to give it another try today and its the same thing. Not sweet, not good. Just don't bother with this place anymore.

Snowbowl was awesome! It was creamy yet icy, and had a delightful light taste. Only complaint is the boba seemed slightly too chewy, possibly undercooked. Otherwise, really cute & modern snack shop, and they do offer some very creative and interesting drinks. I’ll be returning soon!

I'm not even angry about the service per se. But how are you going to leave two people on a Sunday before halloween, with no help no manager and no end in sight to the amount of people there. I picked up a to-go order and it took 25 minutes because there's a line going out the door and no nothing but Standing Room. Whoever's in charge of the store really needs to put their priorities straight and figure out how to run a restaurant / Tea House.
