Going after 3 was much different than going at noon. The people that work at noon are always friendly. I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I finally said hello and the girl said just a moment I continued to sit there while several cars piled up behind me. I said hello again and she rudely said i said just a moment perhaps you should go somewhere else so I did.

So, every time we ask for some condiments the rude lady behind the counter says they are out of what ever we ask for. Fast. Added the mayo, not the ketchup, cool. Asked for French vanilla coffee, and got mocha; alrighty. The cookies were great! The nuggets were great! The manager was responsive and very kind. The staff were sweet. It was a slow place it seemed. Cool spot.

Up Date: Free bacon cheese burger with a $1 purchase there was no bacon 🥓 on this burger. I specifically ordered no onions there were onions on this burger. I ordered a large fry receive a medium. Simple mistakes this can be fixed. Double check everything B4 you hand out the order.
I think if I'm not mistaken they have five kiosks. Three employees no one can take orders they are so busy trying to fill orders. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers the beef was very dry the bun was dried not sure why I ordered it OTB. The french fries tasted very weird not sure what I was tasting. Not good at all although the customer service was great Emma was very kind how can you complain when you're treated so well there you go. Give that girl a raise because I would have brought this food back if it wasn't for her kind behavior. Get with it BK if you would like to increase your bottom line cook your food fresh. Keep your buns covered so they don't dry out. You'd have a larger customer base you wouldn't be closing so many locations.

Inside had smoke from kitchen, eventhough I ordered with the kiosk, the order was not prepared correctly. I was given a hamburger no carbs and I didn't take bread of the hamburger. Wurst BK.

1st picture is what they did...they added these asinine self serve kiosks...
Anytime an establishment does this, it means you just eliminated the opportunity for someone to have a job...not to mention the human interaction that people would appreciate having...these self serve kiosks also mean their ability to have REAL customer service to their guests becomes non-existent
2nd picture...first of all...what the heck? You literally took away the drink machine?? We now have to have them screw up how we want our drink done (such a little ice..no ice..Dr pepper mixed with Coke...etc)...that means we have to even beg for water ...
Are these pictures prime examples of how stupid our fast food restaurants are becoming???
On another topic...cheese tots? Overly fried where all you taste is a burnt grease taste...chicken nuggets? Again overly fried where all you taste is burnt grease
