Very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes it's cold even after waiting 10 minutes for it to be cooked. They are good about special orders and the employees are very nice.

I should’ve known when I walked in, the smell was musty and moldy. I ordered from the greasy kiosk. A single whopper jr, “hot off the grill”. The bun was stale and the patty was definitely NOT hot off the grill. It was the driest most unsatisfying sandwich I’ve ever had, and nearly $6!!! For a whopper jr.!!!
What a joke. I will NEVER order from any Burger King anywhere EVER AGAIN.

This location has gotten a lot better compared to a few years back. The deals and food have been pretty good the last few weeks, so aside from a few service misteps, it has been as good as a burger king will be.

The staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful. I always do special orders as don't like pickles nor onions. They always get special orders right and take them easily, unlike some places which act as if special orders are a hassle. Their service and convenient late night hours have made me a regular customer.

The lady in the morning absolutely sucks. She says hello to every drive thru customer yet i come in and spend $30 and i have to wait 30 minutes to get use of their bathroom, too much eye rolling. She seems like she hates her job needs customer 1Service training. If not she should go be a presser in laundromat or a maid because she sucks. Her name is Monica! If they fail to train her properly, her boss will be fired!

I come to fast food for... food. Having the burger be smaller than an onion ring is actually crazy, im used to the usual portion of holding a burger with both hands but they served me one that i can use 2 fingers, flatter than the fries with no sauce, and they hid the free drinks and sauce while making service slow. When i asked for the toilet, the store manager stared at me and pressed a button that did nothing and said go ahead. This is a bigger scam than university
Going after 3 was much different than going at noon. The people that work at noon are always friendly. I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I finally said hello and the girl said just a moment I continued to sit there while several cars piled up behind me. I said hello again and she rudely said i said just a moment perhaps you should go somewhere else so I did.

This is supposed to be fast food . We have gone to this location for 2 weeks because we are working near it. So, every time we ask for some condiments the rude lady behind the counter says they are out of what ever we ask for. Also we wait forever together our orders and there's nothing special about the order. Not to mention that we are ordering the same thing each day for 2 WEEKS..... R E A L L Y ????????...............
