The staff is RUDE & extremely un professional! I was given the GM (Arlene) email by a manager & she gave the wrong email on purpose so I couldn't reach Arlene, I am calling the food handlers board to do a surprise pop up on the cleanthingness and incompetents' employees! Worse restraint in town they always mess up the orders & has flies in their cups it's NASTY you might catch food poisoning if you eat here! I am fighting the charge on m card as they refuse to fix their screw up. I waited for 52 minutes for FAST FOOD UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Female employee berating her fellow employee after he couldnt find who ordered something after she input my order in the system incorrectly. Made for an uncomfortable fast food experience when I was used as a reason for someone to get yelled at in the open. Male employee was doing his best to find the owner of the order when it was wrong to begin with.

Way over priced only about 7 tables occupied and I heard the next table over still waiting for their bread when I had mine and they had gotten their before me. They also had their drink order wrong 3 times
It’s been awhile since I have eaten fast food, I stopped when people stopped caring what they are serving, today I decided why not. And I’m glad I did! My food was delicious, fresh and hot the way it should be, I was served with the saying welcome to Burger King where you rule ( I can’t help but laugh) but the employees even the manager Brandy had no problem serving it up with a smile! Thank you for a delicious lunch! And appreciate the service! Job well done southern Burger King well done indeed.

whoppers were singles not doubles,no cheese as paid for,asked no pockles and onions had both and large fries half full
