Really inconsistent unfortunately. I have had multiple orders with items missing from them or incorrect so far. Anytime I order more than 1 item online, it’s usually incorrect. Could not get an order refund from customer service but tried multiple times for an order that was really screwed up.

Went through the drive-thru for breakfast ordered two items. They left one out. When I went inside to get the missing food, the female manager was very rude after getting me the food she told me not to come back. Then said I will remember your face. I was not yelling or cussing I just asked for my food. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant and I believe this woman has no business being a manager. Sat. 11/1/2025 9:50AM. The male manager was very polite and apologize stating I should have had the food a long time ago.

The fries are always cold you can tell they just been sitting there the employees and manager don't even care and they don't even care to take a customers order they tell us to use the kiosk even when u can plainly see them just standing doing nothing especially the manager like its not hard to take a order (mainly breakfast and lunch hours)

Burgerking, what can I say it's hot or miss with some fastfood location but this one was excellent👌🏽! Got whopper with bacon on it...was delicious nice and hot off the grill made perfectly my way, you know like the commercial says 😂. Fries were warmish-hot but still good. If your craving a Burger King this is a good location for it but don't go at lunch around 1230 not jam packed but it was busy for sure...much love to the employees there! Been awhile since I've had a good burger!

Horrible, don't go to the one on Southern in Tempe, Staff extremely rude!
She was holding the door closed by hand and she also turned the soda machine off stating I can't get water. She is actimg weird and that's not cool to hold the door shut...wow

The staff is RUDE & extremely un professional! I was given the GM (Arlene) email by a manager & she gave the wrong email on purpose so I couldn't reach Arlene, I am calling the food handlers board to do a surprise pop up on the cleanthingness and incompetents' employees! Worse restraint in town they always mess up the orders & has flies in their cups it's NASTY you might catch food poisoning if you eat here! I am fighting the charge on m card as they refuse to fix their screw up. I waited for 52 minutes for FAST FOOD UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
