This Burger King takes EBT restaurant / hot food program. Which is a treat because they are not many Burger King locations that do. We have found that the service of the food is hit or miss in equality but never terrible. Like the other night the fries weren't salted enough but I mess heavy with a good Whopper man. There's like a couple things I really enjoy in life and Whoppers like up there in the top five. So I can never complain too much about a Burger King.

My fries were just tossed in the bag with fries everywhere. I was also given a ripped five dollar bill and politely asked for a fresh five or five ones. The reaction from the manager was highly disrespectful, completely disregarded my issue and didn't recognize me as a paying customer.

Hot food from this Burger King. Got our food to go. Was good!! Usually the burger kings I go to don't heat the food up (burgers) enough and they are barely warm. Loved this Burger King.

Went through drive thru and was very clear about everything, no pickles on one cuz my bf is allergic and no onions on mine because I’m allergic. They made me pull to the parking lot since my fries weren’t ready. Lady came and dropped it off to me vape in one hand my food in the other but it’s fast food ofc that’s a smoke break. They didn’t even bother marking the wrapper and both had onions and no pickles. Couldn’t follow basic instructions and resulted in an emergency. Thanks BK. Def how I wanted to spend my night and money. ?Dietary restrictions: They won’t care what you tell them to add or remove so always check before leaving or don’t bother at all.

I ordered a chicken sandwich by the drive thru like 15min ago and guess what… it came without chicken unbelievable… I had to ate like that a chicken sandwich with no chicken??

I went to the Burger King on mill and Southern and I ordered a number one with extra Mayo extra onion and I got a hamburger with no mayo just cheese only very little onion and they charge me $29. 00 how hard is it to get an order right!!My son order a number one double meat with bacon no tomatoes he got a burger with no bacon who ever the cook is the need to read Manu board better. And the manager needs to do quality control and make sure the order go out right fast food IS not cheap anymore!!!!

I eat here about once every two weeks. I love this place. The food is good and staff is friendly. My daughters also have a good time going here and request to eat here often. They usually get the king crowns and play inside the restaurant when we dine in.

Nasty attitudes and nasty food. These idiots can't even modify an order at the window. They'll make you go all the way through the drive thru again to do your order modification. If I could put a zero, that's what they would get and deserve....Update: My wife went there again tonight, Dec 11, 2023 and grabbed me a Swiss melt. They advertised that sandwich as a large sandwich withe bread toasted. That sandwich was the same size as a sausage biscuit and the bread was plain and not toasted. I was very, very, disappointed ?. I can't believe the false advertising they do.

I tried to get my burger meal without drinks. The cashier was very frustrated, and said, But, you ordered a MEAL! Then she told me I had ordered one Jr burger and fries. I told her again exactly what I had ordered. Then she called the manager, who told me if I didn't know how to ORDER, he couldn't help me. I drove off as he was yelling at me. Someone needs to check the customer service situation here.

She is the worst employee I have ever met. She does not respect the visitors of the place and treats them inappropriately. The management of this place should watch out, they will lose a lot of good customers.

He was super nice and charismatic and it really made my day! I usually don't make reveiws unless it made me feel a type of way positive or negative so i hope this means a lot. Props to him ?
