Some Burger King's are better than others. The manager here is awesome, and the food and service is cosistently what you would want it to be.
Twice they have messed up my order and now recently serving hard stale bread with my chicken sandwichI’m fed up and will not go back there again or maybe no Burger KingSeems like 1 of the managers wants to do a good job but he probably can’t find any good help that is trainable (depressing times)Show them what a fresh piece of bread feels looks and tastes like and then compare it to a fresh bun. Hopefully they will get it. Either that or they just don’t careThey gave me a replacement sandwhich with stale bread again. So frustratingI could have saved another trip and just threw the thing away instead of getting more garbage MM33

I recently had the most fabulous customer service!! It's been a little disheartening in customer service field as of recent. But not today. I ran through the drive thru at the Burger King on Rural and Guadalupe and let me tell you Ms. Kathy was amazing!! Her personality is exactly what customer service should be like!! Ms. Kathy is the epitome of excellent customer service and I cannot thank her enough!!

The dude in the front didn't even take my order, food was cold, I order to dive in.. and they put it in to go bag , and I wait 20 minutes to until I ask cus they didn't even said it was ready.. shame.

Sat in the drive thru and parking lot for over 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. No one else in line or in the dining room. Part of food order was not made correct, but I wasn't about to walk back in there.
