Over the years BK has been a main staple to consumers for decades with MCDONALD'S being their main competition. The charbroiled burgers are the bomb! Their variety is much better than expected. I like how they cater and listen to suggestions about what they can do to improve food services quality. I like that.Vegetarian options: Very little on the menu or gluten free items to people with limited options due to food allergies. Wish they could improve upon this area.

Worst location in the area!!! Lobby always closed due to short staff was told drive thru only ok so how many people does it take to make one whopper????no car so no service closed door and locked in face well workers are just standing at register...burger King you are just paying these people to do nothing ..just close down if your not going to service the public...Burger King you tell me how short staff has not effected drive true but shuts down lobby 1 person in a car or 1 person walking in what's the difference????????

Took forever for the food to come out. Waited at the register for over 5 minutes to have anyone talk to me. Food came out wrong. They then asked for the food they messed up back so they can trash it. Made me feel like they think it’s my fault they messed up my order. No customer service.

Place is dirty, staff was rude and they don't speak up, only whisper. My order 2as entirely overcooked. The onion rings were so fried there was nothing inside them, the impossible burger patty was immensely dry and the lettuce wasn't fresh.

I was the only one in the drive thru took 20 min to get food, I get home and the order is all wrong. They can’t even get an order correct on a slow time of the day

No one was in line it still took 10 minutes to place an order. An entire 20 minutes here, they still parked me to wait for my order. POS is a joke...

horrible service I waited 20 minutes for a whopper and kids meal no one acknowledged me I went inside to avoid drive thru line no one was inside and they still took 10 minutes for anyone to even speak to me

I wish I could give them zero stars! Every time we've been here. It's a disaster. They don't know how to make the food which is a training error and their manager should be fired! I got sick the other night from eating a chicken sandwich that wasn't properly handled! I worked for Burger King. I know how the food is supposed to look and taste and it never looks or tastes the way it's supposed to and that's a training issue. We can never find the manager because they're never there which is typical of this post- Covid post- apocalyptic new world we live in! Don't ever go to this location. You will be severely disappointed!!!!!!

Monica has really bad attitude and customer service skills. She worked at the drive thru today, 08/21. Very unprofessional, slammed the window when I came back and said my order was wrong. Did not apologize either for screwing up my order. They aren't even that busy. How do you mess up an order being slow as they were? I would give negative 5 stars for her horrible attitude and behavior.

The lobby is closed yet again or at least it was at 8:00 a.m. but I figured it'd be open by then. That is the reason for the one star atmosphere rating. There is no atmosphere if I can't go insideOutside of that the lady working the drive-thru was super nice and my food was piping hot and good. I start work early in the morning so lunch choices are limited until 10:30. Burger King and Jack in the box are the last two places I know of to get lunch early in the morning.
