Burger Rush is just around the corner from my work. Everyone LOVES it!! It may be just a touch on the $$ side but its so good I dont care, its worth every penny!!

My husband and I came here about 2-3 months ago and the food was great! But we recently came back yesterday and the quality of the food has changed drastically since our first visit, I’m not sure what changed but whatever did change has us never coming back again. I hope they get it together!

Kinda pricey for the added items, and even though I left a 20% tip the cashier after saying they would bring the order to our table when it’s ready, she ended up leaving it on the counter and I had to get it myself. We were the only customers in there, it’s not like they were slammed busy. Asking for condiments seemed like it was a cardinal sin, based on her reaction. Anyhow burger was delicious. No toilet paper in the restroom either
It’s sad that today’s society has little to any value for customer service.
Am I tipping for ??? Does that merely encourage poor customer service??
