By the number of photos I have posted, my family and I enjoy coming to this location. I have not visited any other Burger Fi locations, but have no reason to. The staff here always treat us well which is why we keep coming back! I am sorry to report, this location decided not to renew their liquor license. We have not had a bad burger or chicken sandwich here. They always replicate their products the same each time we have come in. Consistency within itself is a huge ask. Store Ownership/Management, your staff really deserves an Attaboy and some cash to show your appreciation of their hard work! In these days having a full crew is tough, but their hard work is what keeps the cash flowing in your establishment! There is a young lady who runs the front on weekend nights is your rockstar! I am sorry I do not know her name, but I know she left your restaurant and came back. My family and I are so happy she's back! She pays attention to all details to ensure we receive exactly what we ordered. I am certain that this is done to all her guests. This young lady treats us like family. She has put on the movie Home Alone or whatever sporting event we ask for on a TV closest to us. Just another example I will always tell someone who asks where to get a burger. Management, can you please provide me with the first name of the young lady who I brought up? I will update my review with her name. She deserves the credit.

Kind of pricey, but good food. A large fries is $7, but they are good. My burger was $12. Nice patio if you want to eat outside.

Best tasting beef (and beef hot dog) I have tasted in a long time! Ordering was easy, and we barely sat down before our food was brought to our table. We ate at BurgerFI around 1:30pm in the middle of the week.

What more can I say that hasn't been said already.The burgers are outstanding, the fries are delicious, and the staff is great. We had a group of 4 and we all had different taste and wants. Luckily the gentleman behind the counter had some great suggestions. That CEO burger was delicious, but those truffle fries were next level.

Idk how they do it but their onion rings are the best I've ever had. It's stupid how crunchy they are, especially for take out. I order half fries (super good too) and half onion rings and their burger wrapped in lettuce.

This location executes perfectly, every time. $2 off draft beers 11a-6pm. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, it was hot(temperature). Also ordered the burgerfi double and added pickles. We weren't sure which size fries to get and the gentleman who took our order, suggested the perfect size (a regular for two ppl). And thats really why I'm here. Some ppl would have suggested us get a really big size and then it be wasted. So thank you for being honest. See you again when we are ready for another burger or sandwich!

Okay, very disappointed. Ordered the burger the left and what I received is on the right. It was waste of money and even the fries were not like their usual. Definitely will not try again. We order from this place a allot and this is the worst.

Soooo disappointing! I was raving to my friend about how amazing this (the other location) is. I couldn't wait to eat here, then, the burger Pattie's were so dry. Like two old pieces of leather in a delicious bun. The fries were good but the onion rings while nice and crispy, were bland. I am hoping the location on Val Vista is still amazing because I really enjoy this restaurant.

worst burger place in Tempe. order all wrong. cold fries and onion rings. used to be decent, now it just needs to close down. worst experience in a long time with the food we took home tonight..
I give this place 2 stars the fries were undercooked didnt taste the soft potato inside it was more of snap bite. From the outside the fries may look fully cooked of how dark like burned look. But they aren't it's like eating a square fries with no mush of the potato.

Omgoodness outstanding!! This burger place was so ?! Everything fresh! Real fries! A bit expensive but so worth the price. Burger FI is a must try!!!! They have alternative options for those that do not eat meat as well.

It’s difficult to justify $14-$17 for a mediocre burger and handful undercooked french fries. I just don’t understand the allure of this place, nor does the name or vision make any sense to me. While it’s nice to see vegetarian and beyond burger options, it’s simply a way to allow bros to bring their hipster vegetarian girlfriends so they can have their cake and eat it, too.I had the breakfast all day burger. I had asked the cashier if it was decent or if I should select another option, hoping to be steered somewhat towards a more desirable choice, but they were not helpful. I regret my decision. I regret coming here.

The bacon aioli is a wonderfully savory and sweet addition to any burger. I love how fresh the jalapeños are as well. Heads up tho, there's an ASU discount. The woman working there didn't give the discount to me, nor did she offer it despite me calling her out after she rung me up. I believe it was on purpose. Yes, I'm Black. Good burgers though.
