What really sealed the bad experience was the cashier. I’ve been a regular customer here and always received great service, including a small military discount, but this time the cashier was rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn’t care less. The burrito was cold, thrown together carelessly, and the service felt outright disrespectful.
I’ve supported this place for a while, but after this visit, I’m done. Terrible service, poor food quality, and zero respect for loyal customers. You just lost one today.

Burrito express is my die hard burrito place, I never go anywhere else. So I love you guys but PLEASE include the small salsas even when I order a large salsa. I love to eat my burrito with both salsas, but now I only have the large red I ordered with my chips. But the green is actually my favorite with the burrito

Tried this place for the first time because the prices seemed descent. When I got the burrito it seemed pretty normal sized. Potato egg +$cheese burrito. The ratio between the eggs potatoes and cheese is way off. Too much eggs and little potato. The surplus charge for cheese seems excessive since they only put a minimal amount in the burrito. Also, they add a ton of salt and pepper to the burrito ingredients. The size of the tortilla is too big for the amount of filling they add. You end up eating more egg and tortilla than anything else.

Hands down one of my favorite go to spots for a burrito. The STP is my favorite and absolute 🔥 💯 and the green sauce is on another level of tasty! Recommend Burrito Express to absolutely anyone looking for good food and a chill atmosphere. The lemonade they have is 🔥 also!! Can't say enough good things about Burrito Express. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

So I'm from Albuquerque.I came in the town.My friend recommended this place I will never eat here again I paid 33$ dollars for a bean burrito and a breakfast burrito and 3 chicken tauquitos with nothing on them I also paid 5$ for a pint of salsa that I never Received next time I'll go get a hot dog from QT 30 dollars less
