California Pizza Kitchen at Tempe Marketplace

We just had a carryout order tonight. 3 pizzas, a salad, and street corn. They said to arrive at 6:10PM. I walked in at 6:08. Right away he was able to confirm my order and box it up. We are 6 minutes from the restaurant. When we got home, all of the pizzas and street corn were 'barely' warm. If it's going to be done that much quicker, just call us--or wait to put in the order. I felt like we got leftovers after spending $70 on what we hoped was hot food. Saving a star because the salad was good.

This was good. Service could have been a little better but it was good. I just think the best service is when you don't have to reach out for things, like refills & remind them of your request they forget. But like i said, was good. I enjoyed the food & so did my friend. I love the variety of different pizzas they have on the menu. Will try again someday.

Server was pleasant and checked back frequently to fill our drinks. They were a bit slow and when I ordered my salad, the server suggested the half size, stating it was sufficient. That would be true if you order soup or sandwich with the salad or if you split an appetizer. I wish I would have ordered the full size. Sorry I didn't take a picture.

I haven’t been to a CPK in years, but decided to stop at the Tempe Market Place location. I didn’t regret it. The restaurant is wide open and has a great vibe. It is clean and bright. We were seated right away and greeted quickly by a friendly and helpful server. The pizza was as good as I remember. I had the barbecue chicken pizza. It was perfect. The loaded potato soup was insanely delicious. The visit was perfect!

One of my fave restaurants. I always have a great experience & the food is always delicious when I come. My fave is the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower. 10/10

A really terrible curbside pickup experience but the pizza itself was good.

I haven't eaten there in years, but we were at Tempe marketplace Harkins and wanted to eat after the movie. My friend chose California Pizza kitchen. I'm not a big pizza eater. She got the chicken piccata and the small wedge which she enjoyed very much. I got the chicken tortilla soup and was pleasantly surprised! It had a slight tomato taste with corn and green chilies and I could actually taste the green chilies! I love the green chilies! And it was more like a stew than a soup. I highly recommend this dish for those who enjoy green chilies!

Good to eat and best locatat

Normally a great restaurant, but this location has a pattern of forgetting about people after they've been seated. After waiting 15 minutes at the table for any acknowledgement, I asked the host for help getting a waiter. 10 minutes later, we flagged someone down on their way to other tables. 5 minutes later we were finally able to get an order in. They have plenty of staff with some waiters having time to chat with one another as they stand by empty tables needing to be cleared. They are somehow able to just ignore a table of four that, with kids, that haven't even gotten water.

Love the BBQ chicken pizza!Bar only has 3 beers on draft and no bartender on duty at lunch, so service lags a tad… so wouldnt recommend for solo dining or happy hour, but good pizza for dine in and take out

Delicious food, the pasta menu is great for those who can't have cheese, could be better with a lactose cheese option on the pizzas.

We have been here many times and I have rated this place before but I wanted to give a shout-out to a server that went above and beyond with his service! Dylan was our server and even though it was new years day and late at night he gave a smile and the quickest service we've ever had! The Jamaican pizza was really good too!

I frequent Tempe market place weekly to have lunch with the most important man in my life, my grandfather. We love this place. They used to have a meat lovers pizza on the menu and it's no longer there. We ask for it and they so kindly make it for us. Please don't stop.

I put in a take out order with amber, and she was so helpful over the phone dealing w all my requests and substitutions. Absolutely wonderful service! I would recommend dine in and take out from here, food is amazing! Definitely will be back!
