Awesome place, the food is great, the service is friendly. We live in Sedona but go there whenever we are in Phoenix/Tempe area

Definitely the most intense experience on Mill. Never been turned away. It's a bit overwhelming so I don't go too often but it's usually a good time.

Service people are always very pleasant (likely underpaid) but management and “security” is absolutely foul. Proceed with caution

The Detective

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place runs on chaos and corner-cutting. The staff—especially security—seemed undertrained, underpaid, and overwhelmed. I’ve had smoother experiences at government clinics, and that’s saying something. If you’re considering this business, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t return if they paid me.

On 08-09-25. I was bar hopping with some of my buddies. Came to CASA Tempe, handed the front my ID, they patted me down, checked my id, and then told me I couldn’t come in cuz of a dress code with my shorts. They’re Cove (brand) shorts, about 2-3 inch in-seams, which I thought was weird cuz most of the women in CASA had shorter shorts than me. Plus it’s summer in Arizona and drinking alcohol makes you warmer, so yeah trying to stay cooler. My shorts weren’t an issue at any other place, and I was pretty salty about it and did not want to argue with the front/security/bouncers in the moment, I had been drinking and wanted to wait until I was sober and/or a few days to think about it. It has still bothered me that so many other people could go in with no problem while they were wearing shorts shorter than mine yet I couldn’t go in due to my shorts. Definitely won’t be coming back even if I wear pants or longer shorts. If that was the problem, why even bother taking and scanning my id and do a pat down on my person.

Would've given it more stars but the diversity in there was lacking. I was probably the oldest person in there at 40 and I think the furnace was on instead of the AC.

I can’t say much about Casa. I didn’t make it. My passenger front tire on my 2011 Mazda 3 had gotten slashed somehow on the way to Casa on the highway.

Just word of advice, make sure to drive safely and anything odd on the road, keep an eye out. And no texting and driving. I wasn’t texting and driving but I’m pretty sure it’s my front axle. I’ve already replaced both front tires, about 2 months ago and have uneven wear n tear and my steering wheel jerks. Especially over the millions of potholes out here.

But still be cautious and drive safe 🙏

I won’t rate Casa because it’s been a couple years since I’ve been there and I’ve had nothing but good times and no drama and everyone literally having a fun time 💙 so will rate it overall 5 stars. From my past encounters (at least about 10 encounters at Casa.

P.S. don’t forget! Uber/Lyft/ DD’s

Best place for any celebration! We come here every week and it's always a great time. Ask for Isabel or Tim next time you’re in! Best server and manager ever!

Came to grab food, walked onto the patio to find the ordering spot. The security guy, who wasn’t at the front gate and was on his phone, grabbed me from behind and tried to forcibly remove me. I showed my ID and told him not to grab people like that. He got defensive and kicked me out. Totally unprofessional and aggressive behavior.

I like the bucket margaritas

Geio Bazan

After one drink and a very small 8 ounce cup not even half a shot of Mezcal tequila. Margarita cost me $20 +3 dollars for a Sprite in total with taxes. It was about $25 not worth your money.
