Stumbled upon this place on our way home, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and laid-back, which made it the perfect stop to wind down. The bartender was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful in guiding us through their beer selection. I really appreciated how attentive he was in helping us choose something that matched our tastes. it made the experience feel more personalized.
We decided to order some food to go with our drinks, and let me just say, it did not disappoint. The toritos were flavorful, super filling, and definitely hit the spot. You could tell they take pride in both their drinks and their food, which is always a win in my book.
All in all, it was one of those unexpected stops that turned out to be a great find. Between the great service, tasty food, and solid beer options, I would absolutely come back. not just to try more beers, but to explore more of the menu too. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area!

Seating is limited on the inside, but they’ve got a decently sized patio. Arrive pre-rush if you can.
Smash burger was 🔥. Perfectly seasoned and thoughtfully built. Tots were something Napoleon Dynamite would defend with his life. Side of Ranch dressing was free, believe it or not. It’s a nice touch in a post-Covid world where everyone else charges $0.50 for a tiny side of the white stuff.
Overall, Catalyst hit all the important marks that define a successful restaurant. Bravo. Can’t wait to come back.

If you're going to drink then, yes, this is s great spot. Just don't get hungry. I ordered the fish and chips at the regular prove most places charge; $19. They were an utter joke! Three the size of a chiken finger. Simple truth

Quality brews and easy going atmosphere. While there we talked with the head brewer and another owner. Both were wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable about their products. Definitely go check this place out!
The food and beer are delicious! If you don’t like beer they also have hard seltzer. My wife tried each of them and enjoyed the variety. My mother in law doesn’t like beer or seltzer so she was able to have wine.
They also have a dog friendly patio that is shaded with two TV’s.
