Wr have been standing in the food pick up area for 19 minutes for a sandwich and fries. There were 4 people working the grill and 2 at the cash register. They were not that busy.

Say what you want about it being a chain/franchise but this place is awesome! I’ve tried a bunch of cheese steaks around Phoenix and I have to say this is definitely a top 5 spot! The cashiers are a little morose but aside from that the prices are reasonable, really good quality ingredients, the cheese steaks are consistent every time I go there, and speed of service is great. I go here usually once a week, never disappointed.

First time I ever visited Charleys, and also the first time I had a flavorless Philly cheese steak. No seasoning, no marination. Even the vegetables including the jalapeños were flavorless. People were friendly, service was good, but hospital food has more flavor!
