I sent feedback over a month ago about how I waited in line for assistance with waived over to a kiosk couldn't find the option I wanted on the kiosk and the wrap at the register refused to assist me at the register both of them refused to assist me at the kiosk and they later took on a different customer without assistance to me. Waited in line, left without food and haven't received a response for this feedback.

First time back in AZ mills to watch a movie with some old friends and wanted to try this place out but I just change my mind because poor service, nobody likes to work, I ask how is the food here?? They don't even give me any answer, while they just say it's just food... I'm like okay...how you guys tried anything?? Still blank and acting like they don't even care about even working... Why work?? If you can't even help out customers out but anyways I don't usually write reviews but terrible service. Thank you and enjoy your day.

I don't understand why people working people if they can't be nice or smile at least. This was the worst cheesecake, I don't even want to call it a cheesecake. FOR the price of the small sandwich you would think it would have tons of meat. No barely meat, one piece of bell pepper, and a couple of mushroom pieces. Plus it had lettuce and tomatoe. Anyways I was very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Waited for 20 minutes to even get 2 sandwiches. They served people before us that had ordered afterwards. We were the last ones to be served even after being one of the first in line. Girl with brown hair and glasses gave so much attitude. Very very disrespectful. Will never be coming back.

The first time I received my sandwich, it had a hair in it. Took it back and waited 10 min for another which is fine. No smiles, no welcome like they use to say! Charley’s has really gone downhill since they loss a good manager a few years ago. I guess being the owners nephew is more important than allowing BETTER MANAGERS TO RUN these stores. Also, my bread was not toasted, I couldn’t taste the mayo because it was spread super thin. I probably WILL NEVER come to this location, again.

I arrived hungry, and I saw a bright advertisement from one of the stores, and she simply read it to me. I asked for a small sandwich, and they brought me a huge one. The steak was tender and delicious, the seasoning was great, and it came very quickly. I enjoyed every bite.
This was the icing the cherry on my cake at a nice day at the Mall, I'm sure I'll look for their branches to eat their again.

I told them five times to not put mushrooms on my Philly cheesesteak, because I’m allergic. I made it to a third of my sandwich before starting to have an allergic reaction. Sure enough, there were mushrooms. They remade my order without the mushrooms and they apologized. Luckily, I’m not deathly allergic, but my reaction was bad enough to keep me awake all night. This happened on Tuesday, September 25, 2024 around 7:30 PM. I hope the employees are addressed by a manager, because that is unacceptable. If you have an allergy or food preference, I would not trust this place and pick any other restaurant in the food court.

Idk how the food is but the address on Google is not right. Fide their address on their website then go to the mall food court. Please update google

Delicious food served hot and fresh. Very slow service for food and drinks. Typical food court atmosphere. Tables clean.

Wr have been standing in the food pick up area for 19 minutes for a sandwich and fries. There were 4 people working the grill and 2 at the cash register. They were not that busy.
