If you need a GREAT Caterer, don't look any further. Chef John is the best. His staff is top notch. They are on top of things from setting up to serving to taking down.Food is awesome!!!!! Always hot, fresh and great seasoning. I have tried several dishes and never have been disappointed.Give him a call.I give him "5 thumbs" up!!!!!
