Their food tasted good but they didn’t even bother to boil a little bit longer when they grabbed most ingredients out of the fridge and put in the broth. So I was eating the cold egg and beef from the noodles. My friends also found out their items half cold half hot.
Their service was horrible. The receptionist barely talked and he just walked away when I asked him for something. No one came to ask what I needed or if I needed to check out. We had to walk to the cashier to tell him while he was playing games on his phone. We had to grab my own to-go box.
I don’t know about the owner. Do you not want us to be served so you found someone who doesn’t care at all to be at the reception???

No utensils were provided. What am I supposed to drink my soup out of the container? Why are my crab Rangoon's only cream cheese and no crab.
There is no crab in my Rangoon’s at all except you guys name them crab raccoons, which is a huge scam. The packaging was horrible because my soup cap was not on and all the sauce caps were off as well so my food was delivered to me leaking out of the bag. oil, sauce, liquid …all over the place. All over my front door patio the inside of my home all over the floor.

Food was sooooo good. We tried the soup dumplings, XO fried rice and Chongqing noodles. The noodles were so good we ordered another one for the table. They have really sichuan peppers here which is amazing. For those of you who are a bit intimidated by the menu They do also have an “American Chinese menu” which has like orange chicken and kung pao and all that stuff too. Super good, definitely recommend giving it a try.

The soup dumplings are amazing and while I was waiting for my takeout order someone brought me water and everyone who works there are the sweetest people.

One of my favourite restaurants to go to. They have a wide range of food items and are consistently good. I visit them regularly and they treat me well too.

I don’t understand the positive reviews on this restaurant because my food was awful. The noodles I ordered were undercooked and almost raw and the beef did not smell right. I threw my meal away after a few bites, but those few bites were enough to get sick from. Do not recommend.

Solid casual noodle house. A lunch menu or smaller portions (I'm smol) would make it perfect

The braised lion's head was just a small meatball, the taste was not right, the garlic sprouts and bacon were not garlic sprouts and bacon, a big pitfall

I had a very pleasant Christmas visit.
Vegetarian options: I didn't try any of the vegetarian options, other than an excellent egg roll, but they do offer a wide variety of vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: They are open and friendly when you ask what is in their foods.
Parking: Lot has twice as many spaces as are ever used. Every business in the building has mostly walking traffic.
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is pretty flat and the tables are far enough apart. you should have no trouble. I didn't look at the restrooms.

Chen's Noodle House is serviceable. The food is fine, the service is perfectly fine, but really, I feel like your money is best spent elsewhere. The food isn't great for what you pay for, and the location is a bit on the rougher side. It breaks my heart to leave a less than stellar review for the place, but really, it just wasn't great.
