I'm from Chicago so I was excited to get my food that I got through Ubereats. The chicken wings and catfish was soggy. A lot of Chi town folks like them fried hard. Also the food wasn't season too much. It should be a option for these 2 features for delivery

I took a chance on a Friday night at 10:15pm and had a Philly cheesesteak I gave them an 8 and if they had toasted my role, I would’ve given them a 10.😃 A little expensive but good food and the lady that took my order was pleasant and friendly.

We have tried to eat here twice on a Sunday & Saturday afternoon. Both times they were not open. So disappointing 😡. I'm done. They have likely closed down.

Ive order from here so many times, really reminds me of back home in the midwest it always satisfies my craving. If i could eat here every day i honestly would. The mild sauce is always on point

It's 8:10 on Friday January 31, 2025 and they are closed... Despite the signage saying they close at 11 pm and online says they are open as well. They playing with my emotions.
Ordered food thru Uber eats and when I arrived the person at the counter looked confused and then canceled my order. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything just looked dumb. There is zero Customer service at this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.

My first time in AZ and the food here was better than Harold’s chicken in Chicago. Brandon made the experience EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you so much! They do need to hire more people tho. They only have 2 people working there.

They don’t follow business hours nor the posted hours. What do you expect from a black owned business??? It’s the same guy who takes your order and he’s always RUDE. They don’t answer their phone. The 4 star comes from the food being good and that’s it but who wants to keep wasting their time coming here if they’re never open as expected . Do better my people. It’s franchised guess they can run it how they want! Who wants Harold’s , not me so I settle for here just for them not to be open nor answer their phones!!
