We have tried to eat here twice on a Sunday & Saturday afternoon. Both times they were not open. So disappointing 😡. I'm done. They have likely closed down.

Ordered food thru Uber eats and when I arrived the person at the counter looked confused and then canceled my order. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything just looked dumb. There is zero Customer service at this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.

My first time in AZ and the food here was better than Harold’s chicken in Chicago. Brandon made the experience EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you so much! They do need to hire more people tho. They only have 2 people working there.

They don’t follow business hours nor the posted hours. What do you expect from a black owned business??? It’s the same guy who takes your order and he’s always RUDE. They don’t answer their phone. The 4 star comes from the food being good and that’s it but who wants to keep wasting their time coming here if they’re never open as expected . Do better my people. It’s franchised guess they can run it how they want! Who wants Harold’s , not me so I settle for here just for them not to be open nor answer their phones!!

The food is very good and everytime I go I get great service especially if Brandon is there he is awesome. He made sure my order was exactly how I asked for it and I didn't have to wait long for it either. Thank you Brandon for the exceptional service, keep up the good work..... I'll definitely be back!

This place is NOT consistent. They NEVER pick up their phone, I drove all the way from Scottsdale TWICE only to get there during their WORK hours mind you, and no one is there Doors are locked! I'm from Chicago, and no matter which Harold's you go to, they would NEVER....... Whatever hours Harolds have, someone is there to either pick up the phone to take your order, OR they have someone working. Who ever the owner is, DO BETTER! You may say you're FROM Chicago, so ACT LIKE IT and pick a phone, or at least have workers there during your WORK HOURS! This is HORRIBLE customer service!
I just left at 3:00 pm and once again, NO ONE IS THERE! A Friday afternoon mind you. DO BETTER!!!!!
