This location needs to work to improve their pickup process. I always use a lime scooter to pick up and no one is ever readily available at the pick up window no matter the time of day or despite it being busy or not busy. So I end up paying more with my scooter waiting here for my food that's supposed to be ready. Please improve.

Customer service is trash, they did my order wrong and just because door dash picked it up, I have to contact door dash. This is the second time this location messed up my order. I guess I need to wash my hands on this restaurant. Let alone this location. This location and the one on Arcadia is trash with delivery.

Kudos to the workers here, I don’t know why they have to stand outside to take orders when it’s over 100 degrees outside. Seems a bit ridiculous. Somehow they all still have a positive attitude.
I wanted to bring up an issue I’ve been experiencing with mobile orders. When I place an order ahead of time and select “I’m near the location,” I expect the order to be prepared so I can pick it up quickly. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my order is marked as “ready” in the app, but when I arrive, it’s not actually ready. Instead, I end up waiting through most of my break or lunch period for my food.
It seems like orders are being removed from the screen before they’re truly ready, likely to improve reported completion times. While I understand the importance of meeting service time goals, this practice negatively impacts customers who rely on mobile ordering for efficiency. I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed so that the system reflects when orders are genuinely ready for pickup.

I was in the town for corporate training and stayed at the Omni hotel. This place was a 2 minute walk from my hotel. During my one week stay, I visited the place 3 times. Each time I was very satisfied with customer service. I usually get Grilled Chicken Nuggets & Kale Crunch Salad for lunch & dinner.
Vegetarian options: My favorite is always Kale Crunch salad. Also I love their Market Salad as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp there to get in & out with wheelchair.
Today the French fries and nuggets were very old, I whent back and changed the fries, the give me "new ones" but only the top ones were ok the others 🤮 and no salt, I eat only a little of the fries and 4 nuggets. This is good enough to stop going.
