I wanted to bring up an issue I’ve been experiencing with mobile orders. When I place an order ahead of time and select “I’m near the location,” I expect the order to be prepared so I can pick it up quickly. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my order is marked as “ready” in the app, but when I arrive, it’s not actually ready. Instead, I end up waiting through most of my break or lunch period for my food.
It seems like orders are being removed from the screen before they’re truly ready, likely to improve reported completion times. While I understand the importance of meeting service time goals, this practice negatively impacts customers who rely on mobile ordering for efficiency. I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed so that the system reflects when orders are genuinely ready for pickup.

If you are a doordasher avoid this location. They prioritize the drive through and will have you waiting forever at the walk up.

I was in the town for corporate training and stayed at the Omni hotel. This place was a 2 minute walk from my hotel. During my one week stay, I visited the place 3 times. Each time I was very satisfied with customer service. I usually get Grilled Chicken Nuggets & Kale Crunch Salad for lunch & dinner.
Vegetarian options: My favorite is always Kale Crunch salad. Also I love their Market Salad as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp there to get in & out with wheelchair.

Today the French fries and nuggets were very old, I whent back and changed the fries, the give me "new ones" but only the top ones were ok the others 🤮 and no salt, I eat only a little of the fries and 4 nuggets. This is good enough to stop going.

I pulled into the drive through line to pick up my mobile order, rather than start the order the drive through person told me to back up out of line so that they could fix the order they were helping customers. Basically penalizing me and my quick order because they messed up their line.

I’m here probably atleast once or twice a week and love this place lol, the staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve never had problems with my order it’s always 10/10 everytime
Been in this drive thru longer than I was in labor with my triplet cousins. If you wanted fast food this isn’t the place to come.
Edit: i’m STILLL in the drive thru and it’s been TWENTY

The outside order and pick up windows are absolutely ridiculously unprofessional. Should be order window should be pick up window and pick up window should be the order window The order window is in a nice open area it’s crazy right now you need to pick up your order especially at night it’s dark and practically inside a closet where everyone’s standing around not knowing when they get their order no names are being called out hard to explain how tacky this system is please manager of this location change the system outside it’s not working it’s ghetto

As a senior Black woman, I was treated with disrespect and suspicion by a skinny blond chick with a ponytail named Luis, who displayed overtly discriminatory behavior when I asked for the restroom code.
Instead of simply providing the code, she scrutinized me, asking if I had purchased something and demanded proof in the form of a receipt. The tone of her questioning was demeaning, as though she assumed I was lying or didn’t belong there. It was deeply humiliating to be treated this way. She was so racist it bleeds through her skin.
To make matters worse, when I eventually checked the bathroom, I found the door was broken and open the entire time—Luis could have told me this instead of singling me out and whispering about me to other employees as I looked around.
I believe this kind of discriminatory treatment is unacceptable and want to alert people of color and senior citizens to be vigilant about how they are treated at this location. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or age.
Chick-fil-A should investigate this matter and take steps to ensure all customers are treated fairly. I encourage others to share their experiences and hold businesses accountable for their actions.

I visited a restaurant to pick up my order bcz uber didn’t found any driver, but the cashier was extremely rude because I arrived just two minutes after closing time. My food and drink were already prepared, yet he refused to serve me. Shawn at the cash counter ignored my knocks and didn't open the window for me. Additionally, a woman nearby used foul language towards me. I believe the management should take appropriate action regarding their behavior. Fortunately, a kind man at picture.who was at the window, helped me out at 12:05 AM. However, a woman nearby used offensive language towards me when I knocked on the window. I believe the manager should take action against their behavior. I have video evidence of the incident, and I can come to the restaurant to show the footage, complete with audio, if necessary.

Really busy night, so my sympathies go to the staff: Gwen in the drive through was stellar!! She's still in training and was very sweet while we figured out the issues with my card. All the props to her :)

This location is the worst has overly unnecessary long wait times to pick up food orders for third-party delivery services. Had me waiting 20 minutes, terrible!
