This is probably the worst location I’ve been too. I ordered a side salad and they gave me old lettuce and tomatoes. I didn’t eat it because I didn’t want to get food poisoning. My chicken was sweet and i don’t think I’ve ever had sweet chicken from any chick fila. Idk about the atmosphere, i just picked up my food but literally didn’t get to eat lunch because of this…

There was broken glass on their patio as I walked in. Their restroom needed to be stocked; one stall was out of toilet paper the other was out of seat covers and the sink worked once and then quit working. I waited 25 minutes for one chicken sandwich... I had to ask twice how much longer.
It looks like it should be a nice restaurant, the staff is friendly enough, but ultimately not a good experience imo...

25 W University Dr, Tempe, AZ 85281 This franchise owner banks on people while supposedly celebrating a holy day. He will tow your car if you leave it in the lot on a Sunday when they are closed. No harm No foul. Was across the street for less than 20 minutes when my car got picked up. Will not trust this company’s so called backbone of faith.

My boyfriend and I picked up food from this location yesterday, we both got extremely sick from either the peppermint shake or their sandwiches. This location in specific has been awful and we’re definitely boycotting after this experience. Dont go here!!

While waiting for my order, I looked on the counter and, there was a baby roach 🪳. I alerted one of the workers there, he came over smashed it with a napkin, while draging it across the counter and walked away. Never sterilizing the counter top at all after.🤢🤮🤮 If there's one baby roach, thar most likely means that means there's many more and the parents to those roaches laying more egg.
And the fact that the worker act like it was nothing not surprised at all, tells me he probably sees them often.🤮

Why does thier drive through take so long at this location. I go to chick-fil-a because it's fast.
Very slow service. 45 min wait for drive thru. Had to repeat our order 2 times to intercom person.

Madelyn could use an attitude change. Was kind of rude towards the cashier who was helping me. Kaylie was a sweetheart and her being nice made my day.
Also 11:00 Madelyn was yelling at the cashier to not do dine in when she had asked dine in or carry out. Really unprofessional and rude.

My breakfast was good, but I ordered my peppermint iced coffee with extra creamer and sweetener and I received it black with just the candy cane bits on the bottom. I placed it through the app so getting a refund isn’t worth the time, but if you get a coffee here MAKE SURE the double check if there is creamer and sweetener in it :(

I door dashed a chicken and egg muffin and it didn’t have any chicken on it, just muffin and egg. After realizing this I drove to the store to get a new sandwich that includes chicken, and instead of making me a new sandwich my nearly hour old sandwich (at this point) is handed back to the kitchen so they can throw some chicken on it. I tried to get the girl’s attention and explain that was old and I’d like a fresh sandwich and she looked at me very confused. No real effort to make things right. I’m pretty sure I was handed back the same old sandwich in the end, as the wrapper I was given was the same one I handed over (old and falling apart). I get that it’s fast food, but apparently that means customer service is out the window too.
