I wake up, get ready for the day, and begin to study for an exam I have at 4:30pm, I email my teacher only to be met with a snarky response after I gave him nothing but respect. Before my exam, I say to myself “i deserve a yummy delicious meal from chick fil an and a milkshake too!”. After my class I head straight to chick fil a, place my order in at the kiosk —chick fil a deluxe meal, fry, medium lemonade and of course a milkshake — mind you i haven’t eaten anything yet all day because ive been swamped so needless to say its been one of those days and this is supposed to lift my spirits. They call my number, I almost leap with joy but I held my composure, as hard as that was. I grab my bag which feels a little lighter than usual but i don’t think much about it because I TRUST chick fil a..or shall I say trusted. I go grab some napkins and a straw when i remember i also ordered a milkshake. I go back and say “I ordered a milkshake, I’m sorry I totally forgot.” —to me, this is no big deal— the worker hands me the shake and I take it with a smile and a “thank you”. I walk back to my dorm joyful, excited, impatient for this meal that awaits me. After getting settled into my dorm, I open my bag and begin to set up my long awaited platter. The chick fil a deluxe sandwich cooked to perfection, each of my sauces I ordered, my lemonade, and my milkshake in the freezer…something’s missing. MY LARGE FRIES. Yes, my large fries weren’t there and were never there to begin with. The salty, crunchy, yet soft waffle fries weren’t forgotten. I don’t ask for much but first, forgetting my milkshake is fine, it happens, but my fries, opener for my sandwich, that’s where I MUST draw the line. Memorial Union Chick fil a, you may not have lost a customer today, but my patience wears thin.

Waited 18 min for just one sandwich! Most inefficient chick fila on Earth!

Don't bother coming to this location, they can't handle the volume and you know they mess everything up.

Over a 45 minute wait. Rude front counter workers and they didn't have 1/2 the order in the bag. So be prepared to go through the line again, get yelled at to get someone else's food.

Unbelievably rude. First time customer, order notification said it was ready so I went to the counter. Lady upfront aggressively told me to wait until my order was called and to step way from the counter only for her to hand over my order 2seconds later.

It has always been the worst for many reasons.

if i could instantly leave a 0 I WOULD. The girl with brown hair was totally RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude and look, and proceeds to tell me that i need to tell her how to do HER job and that she “isn’t a mind reader” all because her other employee didn’t communicate i wanted DR PEPPER. SIMPLE AS THAT due to the KIOSK not having it on the computer apparently that’s my fault. she proceeds to throw the drink and me and roll her eyes. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Dont like college kids? DONT WORK AT ASU THEN. will NEVER return.

they are so disorganized and rude. they do the most recent orders first, leaving some people waiting 20 minutes while others wait 2.

Got to the line, chi- fil-a guys were taking peoples orders behind me, not only keeping me waiting longer, but also everyone else behind me.They were skimpy with my fries and gave me 11 nuggets not 12.

Food is good but you will ALWAYS wait like at least 10 minutes for your food if you order hot foods
