Waited in drive thru line. Ordered a #1 meal with a coke. Got up to window to pay and was handed a #3 meal. Told them I Ordered a #1 meal with a coke. They canceled my order and told me to drive back around and re-order my meal again. I told them no thanks. Went to another restaurant. Will not return to this place.

While waiting for my order, I looked down on the counter and there was a baby roach 🪳, I alerted one of the workers, he came over, then grabbed a napkin, smashed it, dragging it down the counter. Walked away never sterilized it after.🤢🤮🤮

I wish I could give something lower than a 1 star. This was my second time giving them a chance to redeem themselves and disappointment yet again. What’s better than a fully burnt breakfast on Friday morning?

Food is just as good as other locations but service needs a lot of work. I dined in and the server forgot my drink. Before I could even say anything he walked away and I had to get up and chase him for my drink. The crazy thing is he had just brought someone else order and asked if he can get them anything else. But when he brought my order he just left immediately without saying anything. After I was done eating I went and ordered a milkshake before I left. They made it put it on the ready shelf and nobody handed it to me. I’m waiting 5 mins for someone to hand me my milkshake and all the servers are just running around ignoring me.
