I’m giving one star for the food because of a disappointing experience with the General Tso’s chicken. I specifically asked twice if it was white meat, because the last time I came it was dark meat. I was told yes, it was white meat.
When I received my order, only two pieces were white meat—the rest was clearly dark meat. I politely went back and showed her the pieces, but she kept insisting it was white meat when it obviously wasn’t. She then called her arrogant son that I hate when he’s there because no smile or greeting ( I think he is) spoke to him in another language, and he told me it was chicken breast, making me feel like I don’t know the difference between white and dark meat.
I wasn’t asking for a refund. I just expected them to acknowledge the mistake instead of denying it. This was very disappointing, especially because we come here often.
I can’t understand the low reviews for this place, this is a nice family run restaurant, the food is delicious and the delivery is fast, prices are great too. They have the best east coast style egg foo young, pork lomein and egg rolls, they are spot on! The dine in atmosphere is lacking but it’s your typical strip mall Chinese joint, it’s not meant to be fancy!

I got the kung pao lunch special with egg drop soup and it’s the most bland Chinese food I’ve ever had. The portion is good for the price, but the food tastes like nothing.

The food was absolutely great, and the prices were very reasonable — no complaints there. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the extremely poor customer service I received from the man working the counter, a larger , tall individual who seemed to be in charge.
He indeed said he's the boss and owner.
I arrived approximately five minutes before the posted opening time. I understand that arriving early might not always be ideal, but I was polite and willing to wait. By the time my order was prepared, it was nearly 11:15 a.m., well past opening hours. Despite this, I was told in a very rude manner that I could not stay to eat my lunch there because I had arrived too early.
What was most disappointing was not just being asked to leave, but the disrespectful tone and unprofessional attitude. I mentioned that, due to the way I was treated, I would likely not return. His response? “Okay, don’t ever come back.”
This kind of response is unacceptable from anyone working in a customer-facing role. It’s a shame, because the kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their food, and it shows. Unfortunately, one rude interaction can ruin an otherwise great experience, and that’s exactly what happened.

The fried rice is usually excellent here. My last visit wasn't the best. Not as flavorful.
I miss the coupons for free items.
That was a good way to try new items.

The Beef and Broccoli was over cooked and rubbery. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked in old oil. Egg rolls and crab Rangoon same problem.

Finally found a New York style Chinese restaurant. I love this restaurant and order a few times every month. Reminds me of the restaurants I grew up on, very authentic. I always get generous portions of everything. I recommend their wonton soup, shrimp with lobster sauce, crab rangoons, and egg rolls.

Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I wasn’t going to bother posting my bad experience, but they are 0/4 for all 4 dishes we ordered.
Half of us ordered spicy food and it was all so bland and flavorless. I’d compare the tofu to bath water and the chicken texture was mushy and sad like boiled chicken.
I regret trying a new place and wish I could get our money back on this absolutely terrible meal. We don’t order out often, so this is especially disappointing. I strongly recommend skipping this place.
