If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my friend went at 10:30 they close at 11. The black guy with short hair was EXTREMEEELY RUDE. He rolled his eyes said “you gotta be kidding me” “let me guess white rice” when we asked for a bowl. Made our order in 2 seconds did not let us speak and threw our food. Worst customer service ever all he did was throw his head back and roll his eyes. I will be in contact soon!!!! Ruined my night.

The new guy named PABLO is a very hard worker, he stands out and make his way to help not only the customers and his crew as well, he deserves way better, I'm sure they're ups and downs here on out but he always makes his way out for better days, he enjoys the people around ASU don't let the fire burnout...
The service here seems pretty unprofessional. I walked in to the employee with the honey comb tattoo leaning against the sink on her phone with air pods in. She then took a moment to realize I was there before beginning my order. While she was taking my order, she kept having to grab things that have been sitting on the counter behind her to restock. Shouldn't you have done that instead of playing on your phone? As soon as she was done taking my order, right back on the phone she went. My beans were also cold, probably because they were sitting on the back counter for so long. Really unprofessional and unsanitary. Will not be coming back

My bowl was good. But almost wasn’t worth it. Tables were messy. The rude lady with the died hair was speeding me through my order. She kept interrupting me and tried to charge me for chips & guac when I didn’t order any. Her attitude seemed completely unnecessary when I was one of a few people in line. Idk what changed since last time I was here.

8/30/25. When I went in the manager was screaming at one of the employees for cooking a quesadilla.Not acceptable to be immediately greeted when I walk in to the manager screaming at an employee. Take it to the back at least. When I eventually started to order she was rushing me with an attitude even though there was literally no one behind me. I'm sorry you have to do your job :( . Stay away from this place especially with the grouchy manager

It's a really good option for both veg and non veg, even better if you order from their app as you can get a lot of extra stuff for the same price.
