These guys are pros. Very fast and they give good portions. Much better than other Chipotles ive been to.

I’m mo fan but the service was great. The girl who made my burrito was really nice and accommodating. I got the new chili oil thing and she explained it was a dollar upgrade which I appreciate but unfortunately it’s not worth an extra dollar I recommend skipping it.

Disappointed Review for Chipotle Location – 815 East Baseline Road, Elliot & 101 Area
About a month ago, I came in with my daughter for dinner, about an hour before closing at the Chipotle located at 815 East Baseline Road. There were 3–4 employees working—one at the register, a couple in the lobby, and one by the grill—and I was the only customer there. No one greeted me when I walked in, and even though I waited patiently at the counter, no one asked for my order. One employee even looked at me, then turned away and kept sweeping.
There are other places in that same plaza, like Smashburger and Thai Chili, but I specifically wanted Chipotle that night. After being ignored for several minutes, I ended up leaving and going to Smashburger instead.
I’ve usually had decent experiences at Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing enough that I haven’t gone back since. I hope the staff improves their customer service, even toward closing time.

Pretty disappointing to find this huge bug (im assuming a fruit fly) in my food as I was going to this Chipotle quite often. The bug was hard so I'm assuming it either got cooked with the steak or had been sitting in the meat warmer for a bit. I'm glad I was paying attention, at first I thought it was just a crispy piece of steak but then I moved it over and saw legs. I called customer service and they are giving me the money back for the meal but still I just can't see myself going back here after something like this 🤢🤢🤮

Super unhappy with my recent experience. I love chipotle and I hope this never happens again. I ordered delivery and everything was sealed properly, but when I opened my bowl, it was half empty and when I spread what was in there around, there was literally 4 pieces of chicken in there and a bunch of wilted green stuff(not lettuce) Such a waste of my money.
