I came in tonight at 9. When I walked in, there was one guy in front of me and the woman helping him looked and me and the people walking in behind me and she legit started stomping and waving her arms around upset that people were coming in. She rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and threw mine and everyone else’s food around. As a GM of a restaurant myself, I 100% understand bad days or how stressful it can be working with rude customers, but everyone in line was perfectly pleasant and super confused by the attitude we were all receiving. Staffing in the industry is tough right now but my goodness, please read your reviews. Yes, some people like to complain but the attitudes of several employees have been mentioned multiple times. That’s not a coincidence.

Took a friend out for lunch. The entrance was filthy. Trying to order the worker stated we are out of BBQ, while BBQ was actually being prepared. Went to go have a seat. Nearly every table was absolutely unfit to sit at. The food was not hot; it was a waste of 31.00never

My first time going to this location. They were busy, which I thought was a good sign, but the only thing in my bowl that matched what I ordered over the app was the lettuce and guac. The meat was wrong, it wasn't supposed to have cheese, beans, or rice, and it was supposed to have fajita veggies. I called the store, and instead of talking to a person, I got directed to message the bot. If you get something straight off the menu, you're probably fine, but I won't try to make changes in the future, if I ever go to this location again. Oh, and the app told me my order would be on the shelves, and since I was a few minutes early, I waited. And waited, and waited. I finally went to ask the person making the orders, and she pulled it off the counter behind her. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. So don't wait - just go up and ask for your order, even if they are busy.Dietary restrictions: The app has good options, but it only works if the staff pays attention to the order. I suggest checking your food before you leave.

Just left and two of the girls in the front making the food were rude to me. One was very rude when I asked for extra sides. I have no problem paying for them. I wanted extra sides and asked for them but she ignored me so I had to ask the next girl in line. I was getting a bowl and a kid’s quesadilla meal and when I went to check out I POINT BLACK ASKED the tall girl at the counter if chips come with the kids meal and she said no. Well, I get home and thought I’d check chipotles website and it turns out it does come with chips AND a drink!! So she screwed me out of two things I paid for!!

I am actually so disappointed at this location. My second and last time ordering from here. I got a double meat and extra rice bowl with guacamole and sour cream and lettuce. And this is what i get. BARELY ANYTHING in the bowl! The fact that i even paid for the guac is crazy and this is the bowl im served with. Just find another Chipotle to serve you.

Always visit a restaurant twice before making a review . This last 1-29-24 very stingy with the meat ask for extra by just put two more on it. Put more lettuce and cheese then anything. Chipotle a good restaurant but this will be my last visit here.

This Chipotle is the WORST ever. I read the reviews before going in about "The TALL GIRL" Wow. She is the rudest person ever. She tricked me into getting a deal. Paid $25 for one person due to her extra scoop of Carne Asada. The CHIPS ARE STALE as hell too!Went back yesterday again, the TALL GIRL didn't even acknowledge me. She was busy putting stuff away and ignored me until her coworker came up and greeted me. I wanted to talk to them about how stale their chips were so Miss Tall thang got me a manager..."NATHANIEL" Wow. IF you think the tall girl was rude NATHANIEL is the biggest B in TEMPE. He said lots of customers complain about the chips being stale. He said they make them fresh every morning. Last time I got them it was 10PM so I said that they only make them in the morning and expect them to stay fresh all day? He said he gets a lot of complaints but wont refund me unless I have a receipt or bank statements. I had given him the card I previously used and he said he cannot look it up with that. What an A HOLE. For me to actually follow through with this review means he really pissed me off. Long story short, the nice girl at the register didn't end up charging me for the chips (Only big foot and "Nathaniel" are the ones I am complaining about) but the chips were still stale!Anyway I tried to take a photo of big foot for yall but she was so damn tall my iphone Pro Max couldnt even capture all of her in 1 shot so her head got cut off..And my final message to that B boy Nathaniel "Catch me outside..."
