The steak was absolutely disgusting , hard to chew and very fatty. So bad that’s it the first time I’ve ever asked for a refund , which they promptly refunded me stating the steak has not been good lately
This was after going to another Chipotle location where the steak was undercooked. After two back to back incidents I have moved on to Cafe Rio , which was better and less expensive
I do want to give credit to the Manager to being kind and providing a promo refund .
My issue was w the steak, not the friendly staff
Ordered steak tacos.....the globs of sour cream were huge. I mean I like sour cream but not this amount.
Their food made me so sick the next day. My stomach ached so bad. The honey chicken was good but not that good for a second order.
The WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. Twice they have cheaped out on meat. 8 pieces of meat I had in my bowl today, and I ordered half chicken half steak. Job is not that hard kids.
Food is not fresh. Staff is lazy and lies about how long food has been out (way past 2hrs). They use a leaf blower to clean the floors, blowing dirt and dust onto tables and the food. Worst location I've ever seen.
I really like this new chipotle. For a fast food place, it's pretty clean and fresh. Service is always quick and they're very friendly. I like getting the sofritas bowl with chips on the side, and that gets me two lunches. Don't forget to download the rewards app and get free entrees.
The portion size was surprisingly small compared to other outlets, definitely not worth the price. Disappointed with the inconsistency in both quantity and value.

Place is good, but considerably more so than the last two days, which is presumably because of the two CEO looking gentlemen in the kitchen evaluating the workers.
Here's why:
-Food:
1. Portion sizes - I usually get one scoop chicken, but today I asked for two scoops.
-Last two days, the port for one scoop was pretty measly.
-I asked the server a question to confirm the size of the scoop (4oz/32g of protein), and they referred to one of the CEO type men, which confirmed this.
-After asking that question he assisted the worker in serving me and served me 3 scoops instead of 2 (which is good because i said that i was trying to overload on protein today and they took that into consideration.)
-This didn't effect the price, I paid just over 15 dollars, same as the last 2 days.
-Service:
1. Portion Sizes - Like I said above, the CEO looking guy informed my of some relevant information in relation to my question about Portion size and protein content.
-Unfortunately, the server didn't really have any information, so she had to refer to the guy, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but for people who are strict about the macro-nutritients this will be a turn off from Chipotle. For someone like me who is mildly concerned with that, its not a big deal, but I would be more convenient if the workers knew the answer.
2. Proactive Workers - It seemed like everyone had a purpose today, they were all moving, doing something. The difference in today and the last two days is noticeable.
-Today everyone was doing something, even though I was the only person in line, everyone acted like there was constant work.
-The last 2 days I was less observant about this, but everyone was noticeably less intentional, like a robot waiting for a command, rather than a person pursuing a goal.
-Atmosphere:
1. Attitude - Today and the last 2 days a starkly different in comparison.
-This is a good thing for optics, however, I don't know how the workers were feeling internally.
-Everyone was upbeat and proactive today, putting in effort to satisfy my requests. The last two days was the same, just noticeably less intensity.
-Everyone who was serving me was interactive with me. I know its easy to do that depending on the customer, for example I had a quick question and I knew what I wanted, but maybe another customer who isnt sure or is confused might cause a change in the attitude, whether positive or negative really depends on the worker.
Overall, I really enjoy the food and everyone else was great today, regardless if it was due to being evaluated by the two gentlemen.
The food is good but the employees will look you dead in the eyes and skimp you on every ingredient you ask for like its coming out of their own paycheck. Chipotle as a whole has gotten a bad rap for this but I have NEVER been to one this bad.
Guacamole is my favorite part, tasted barely any when I got home!

Never have I ever experienced what I experienced today. Asked for cheese and the guy grabbed a pinch of shredded cheese and called it a day. Had to ask for more and he did the same thing. I give up. Lost a customer today.
Clean and friendly place to get good food.
Received my bowl w little pieces of foil and plastic wrap mixed into my food; I let them know through the app and never heard anything back/ also the small portions were ridiculous
As other have complained, approximately 30-50% less than what I’m used to as a long-time Chipotle customer. The rice, while limited in portion, had uncooked rice mixed in - it’s a great way to break a tooth. The meat was burned and our large chips, queso and guacamole - all good except the chips were totally stale. We were starving and dinner was so disappointing.
I initially ordered via DoorDash. What I received was half a bowl. So I let DoorDash and Chipotle. They offered to refund or reorder, and I chose reorder. When I received my reorder there was no guacamole which isnt cheap so very disappointing. All of the other ingredients were minimal but still grateful to have the option to reorder. Just wish it was an accurate reorder period. Im grateful for the refund but I still want to let people know never to order from this chipotle ever
