I spoke to the manager Sam. He was rude and very unapologetic. Said they were to busy and I needed to drive in from now on to get my food. 3rd time in a row they have messed up our order and gave us someone else's food.
Cold food was delivered by the Uber driver. The portions were very small and hardly anything on the tacos. I called the Chipotle and spoke to the manager. He said come in and they’ll make it fresh.
I went in and told the employee the situation. I gave them the receipt and they said they didn’t know what to do so they asked the manager. He was rude to me and asked another employee to make my food according to the order number. He was also rude and sarcastic to me.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers high-quality food. The drive-thru service was excellent and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with efforts to satisfy young diners. Customers appreciated the quick service and enjoyed the great food. Some customers experienced inconsistent flavors with the new Brisket. Delivery service was not recommended due to problems with food arriving soggy and inedible. This is a favorite Chipotle location, conveniently close to the house and freeway. Every time customers have gone here, their food has never disappointed them and they have always been satisfied with their orders. Some employees may not engage with every customer because they are busy at times, and that is understandable. They do their best. When asking for lettuce and fajita style vegetables, it looked like it was being rationed.
