This place used to be good, but the last 4 times I've came here I've been disappointed each time. I order online and pickup at the drive thru since it is convenient and saves time, but every time my order was messed up. The portion sizes were very small even when I ordered mostly everything double. I ordered chips which is super easy to grab since the bags are already made, and they forget the chips I paid for. I ask for light cheese, and they put two handfuls worth of cheese on top. They do not read what you put on the order and just do whatever they want. The staff is not friendly at the drive thru whatsoever. It's like the employees hate working there and it shows when I come to pick up my order. No smiles, just here's your food and bye. The quality of the food has gone downhill as well with certain items not tasting right or tasting funky. I tried calling this location to try and have my chips replaced, but it just rang for five minutes with no answer. Overall, not a good experience with this location and I would recommend eating somewhere else.

I visited this location about a week ago and placed my order through the Chipotle app. I added the new red sauce as a paid side item. When I picked up my food, I checked my order—as I usually do—because fast-food places have been hit or miss lately. Sure enough, the red sauce I paid extra for was missing.

I went inside to let them know, and the employee at the window told me to “hold on.” After about five minutes, she came back and told me I’d need to wait 20 more minutes because they hadn’t bothered to make the sauce earlier, even though my order had been placed at least 20 minutes before pickup. They had the order, they knew I paid for it, and still didn’t prepare it.

The service was unacceptable, and this wasn’t just a small oversight—it showed a lack of care. I won’t be returning to this location, and I know others who have had similar issues here. Hopefully management takes steps to improve the customer experience.

Lowkey this location hasn’t been the best. I mean one of the main reasons I like to go there is because of the drive thru but I’d be better off just walking into any other location. The portions seem to get smaller with every visit and don’t even get me started on how many times my order has gotten messed up. Like so much for my chicken salad, right?? ALSO it seems like some staff have an attitude. Like dude? Where’s the hospitality? You know what I mean? This location used to be the place one would go for fine dining but now I open up the bag and end up crying. I hope one day this Chipotle can live up to our expectations like they once used to.

I've been coming here at least once a week for years, and it's just not worth going to anymore. The portions have become so small it's robbery. Tonight I asked for double everything and the bowl was maybe half full. They're either not listening or acting like it's coming out of their own pocket. Service was so rude when I asked for a little more rice. You've gotta pay $20+ just to get what used to be a normal portion. Sad. Go anywhere else.

Make the drive to go to any other chipotle. I’m used to the small portions but they gave me a half scoop of white rice, it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. I was planning on asking and paying for double steak but after the tiny scoop of rice I didn’t even bother.

My chips were stale and food cold. It was late, but still. Don't pre-bag chips. Brown bags pull moisture! Very disappointed it was my 3rd store. The 1st was out of everything and still had an hour to go. The next one was closed. I should have went to Olive Garden like I started 😒

This is my favorite Chipotle location and it is very conveniently close to the house also to the freeway of I-10 and the Elliot exit. Every time I've gone here my food has never disappointed me always been satisfied with my orders. Staff some of the employees may not engaging with every customer because they're busy at times and thats understandable to me I do like that they do there best.

When i asked for the lettuce and fajita style vegetables I almost wanted her to take them back off. Looked like it was being rationed. 5 actual pieces of green pepper and onion. And the lettuce!?!? First time this has ever happened. My buddy who paid for the food wanted to make a big deal about it but i didn't so ill just write about it. Ill chock it up to a new person who was afraid of using the spoons. 😅
