Made a mid burrito for me. Ask for a little more sour cream and I got a little more drizzle lol it's fine. Might've been a noob burrito maker.
19 dollar bowl, and it came with 3 pieces, small pieces of steak, rice is also hard. Very disappointed
Don't usually go to this location. Terrible experience today. Everything put in my burrito was the end of the pan and old. And my burrito was pathetically small.
The food was ok but I went late a night so it wasn't much left but the girl who help me was nice and accommodating
Service was very quick and friendly considering how busy they were. Food was great. Seating arrangements kind of awkward. Limited and cramped at the wrong hours, but still ate there and enjoyed it. Thanks for the grub!
Service folks were really nice and easy to talk to. Made my visit enjoyable!
Don’t come here if you like protein. The old lady that was scooping the chicken acts like it comes out of her pocket. Didn’t even give me one scoops wroth. Place is going down hill.
Went in last night for a veggie burrito, was pleased. From the awesome ladies who helped me, to the quality of my burrito. Pleasant experience. Will go back.
I do not recommend ever getting delivery from chipotle. I’m not sure how my same order is completely soaking wet in juices making the taco or burrito or quesadilla disgustingly inedible. For reference, I live approx 1 mile away from Chipotle. I don’t know why my food can be completely different if I pick up the exact same order vs getting it delivered from someone via grubhub. I will never do delivery from chipotle again. Customer service was good and did offer me points on my account to essentially reimburse me for the poor experience but it’s not worth the chance.
I love the new Brisket. I have gone several times (ok more than that) and have tried the Brisket in tacos and quesadilla. Each time there was a big difference in the flavor of the Brisket. Sometimes it was really spicy, other times more smoky, sometimes not as much flavor. I never know what it’s going to taste like because it seems like it’s never consistent. I’m not sure how it can vary so much when I assume they’re using the same ingredients and ways to prepare every day.
Kid-friendliness: Affordable kids menu options with a lot of food!

Management should be ashamed. No integrity for online orders. Save yourself what would have been an average lunch even if prepared by their best employees. Here’s my bowl of rice got one piece of chicken, but ordered extra so they threw in another piece for a grand total of two pieces.

I paid for 2 kinds of meat in my salad and they barely added anything, definitely not worth $18

Worst chipotle experience they charge double for the amount that is equivalent to one scoop and poor service and low energy .

Place is a joke. Bowls keep getting smaller, less food as they raise the price. This is barely $5 worth, def not the $14 they charge.
