Horrible with having online orders ready and the place was empty. You're only hurting the customer who ordered online

I’m in here every day almost and the atmosphere today was absolutely negative today. The employee on salsa was absolutely rude kept giving me rude looks when I had to ask for a clean sour cream when I have an allergic to corn and was even more aggressively negative when I asked for more cheese. This is the absolute worst experience I have had with this location

Easily one of the worst Chipotle in the city.

I personally love this place! What I don't love is that the workers act like they own the place and it's affecting their wallet and don't give you much meat

El pastor didn't take like el pastor. It was dry like someone just dumped seasoning in there and the onions were too big and overpowered any flavor. Get it right cause this is a fave or we're going elsewhere.

Placed an in-store order for a bowl with chips and queso. When I initially received my order, the chips were missing, so I returned inside to let the staff know. They provided the chips, and I left again. After leaving, I realized that the queso I paid for was not included and had been replaced with salsa instead. Unfortunately, I was unable to return at that point to have it corrected. Since chips and queso were part of the order I paid for, the substitution was frustrating. I understand mistakes can happen during busy times, but the order was still inaccurate after the correction, and I wasn’t able to enjoy what I ordered. I’d appreciate any assistance or review of the situation.
I eat chipotle 3-5x per week at locations all across the valley. This one is by far the best. Their rice is always perfect and their chicken quality is the most consistent out of the dozens of stores I frequent. I travel a lot and always make a point to stop At this one if I'm nearby.
Pro tip for anyone upset about portion sizes at chipotle (any location) - never order online and never get drive through. Quit being lazy- go into the store and order in person. I’ve always gotten great portions and have never had a messed up order. Usually takes less than 5 minutes; 10minutes max if it’s a lunch or dinner rush. Small sacrifices work wonders.

Ordered take out. They had to open my food in front of me to see who's order was who's. And the portion is very small, I am paying full price for this, not half, I expect a full bowl.

This place used to be good, but the last 4 times I've came here I've been disappointed each time. I order online and pickup at the drive thru since it is convenient and saves time, but every time my order was messed up. The portion sizes were very small even when I ordered mostly everything double. I ordered chips which is super easy to grab since the bags are already made, and they forget the chips I paid for. I ask for light cheese, and they put two handfuls worth of cheese on top. They do not read what you put on the order and just do whatever they want. The staff is not friendly at the drive thru whatsoever. It's like the employees hate working there and it shows when I come to pick up my order. No smiles, just here's your food and bye. The quality of the food has gone downhill as well with certain items not tasting right or tasting funky. I tried calling this location to try and have my chips replaced, but it just rang for five minutes with no answer. Overall, not a good experience with this location and I would recommend eating somewhere else.

I visited this location about a week ago and placed my order through the Chipotle app. I added the new red sauce as a paid side item. When I picked up my food, I checked my order—as I usually do—because fast-food places have been hit or miss lately. Sure enough, the red sauce I paid extra for was missing.
I went inside to let them know, and the employee at the window told me to “hold on.” After about five minutes, she came back and told me I’d need to wait 20 more minutes because they hadn’t bothered to make the sauce earlier, even though my order had been placed at least 20 minutes before pickup. They had the order, they knew I paid for it, and still didn’t prepare it.
The service was unacceptable, and this wasn’t just a small oversight—it showed a lack of care. I won’t be returning to this location, and I know others who have had similar issues here. Hopefully management takes steps to improve the customer experience.
