Got food here 4 times in a week & everything was great no complaints. I always get the same thing, chicken burrito & guac w/chips. This will be my spot for now on. This location is close to my apartment, it’s not as crowded as the location on Mill Ave or the Tempe Marketplace location. Much less of a wait. Employees were really nice as well.

Ordered a bowl through uber eats and someone stole my order. They refused to replace my bowl and I had to wait nearly 1h30 before I could get a refund. Never ordering from here again

About a month ago boyfriend and me ordered a kids meal. The tall white guy serving turned to the woman with glasses and tattoos next to him and said “am I allowed to serve a kids meal to adults?”. Fair enough. When the woman asked how old we were, he said mid 30s. We’re in our early 20s. They both giggled over it and stared at us. I could only stand there and give him the 1000 yard stare when he continued serving us. Also on a separate occasion, the same woman (who I assume is the manager) was using the thermometer to test the temperature of the food but wasn’t cleaning the probe properly or leaving it in anywhere near how long you’re supposed to get a proper reading. Even I remember that from when I worked food service as an 18 year old. The employees should probably try whispering next time and at least try not to get anyone sick

This location is really hit or miss unfortunately. Multiple times I've been given my order with missing or incorrect items. If you order a drink with your meal, make sure you remind the person at the window before they wave you off and ignore you for the next 5 minutes. Not to mention the presentation of the food in the to go orders is terrible. I think the employees need better training.

Also ordered a kids meal for myself and heard one of your employees if I was allowed to get it. Manager/supervisor asked the employees how old I was and he said I was in my 30's! Brother I am not that old. The employee looked at least 10 years older than me. Thought that was kind of rude tbh.

Came with my girlfriend around 8pm for dinner. Shout out to the Asian guy up front for doing it all whilst the other employees were sitting around joking and doing nothing and had to be told multiple times to help out with grabbing chips from the back and checking us out. Do better

Came in today with my boyfriend around 8:15pm, no one was at the front except one employee (asian guy). Every other employee was lounging on the chairs and eating. He was trying to get the girls to come and help him and they were laughing and ignoring him. Some more customers started to come in which is finally when one of the girls got up. She checked us out and was very rude and unprofessional, especially to the worker that was the only one doing his job. You can also tell no food or items were stocked up. This place definitely needs a new manager in place to hire better employees. Shout out to the Asian guy that did it all!

Whoever is the manager, needs a new career. Middle of the day on Sunday and there are three people working? One cooking, one do mobile and one doing front line and cashier. Took 20 minutes to order food. Then I get my chips and there are barely 20? What a joke. Sick of this restaurant giving baby samples

older lady with the blonde hair acts like the portions come directly out of her paycheck. not very friendly either. i straight up told the cashier that was the smallest bowl i had ever gotten from chipotle (i get the same thing everytime, even delivery has more typically) and she just laughed.

The staff look a little broad loosen up a little... Also the managers/supervisors need to take time not only the co-workers as well as the customers... Yet it is a new store, all will settle in as is.
