Whoever is the manager, needs a new career. Middle of the day on Sunday and there are three people working? One cooking, one do mobile and one doing front line and cashier. Took 20 minutes to order food. Then I get my chips and there are barely 20? What a joke. Sick of this restaurant giving baby samples

older lady with the blonde hair acts like the portions come directly out of her paycheck. not very friendly either. i straight up told the cashier that was the smallest bowl i had ever gotten from chipotle (i get the same thing everytime, even delivery has more typically) and she just laughed.

The staff look a little broad loosen up a little... Also the managers/supervisors need to take time not only the co-workers as well as the customers... Yet it is a new store, all will settle in as is.

Cool new place near my home. I was very excited to eat chipotle today as it is one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, the tall white guy skimped me out of quite literally everything which made me sad :( Hopefully the next guy is nicer to me!

Employees need so much training before being on the floor. Terrible customer service. Claimed it was cash only then took a payment with card right after my transaction. Please fix this Chipotle.

I don't understand the bad reviews. It's a nice, cozy atmosphere, the kitchen is clean, and the food was up to par with Chipotle standards and tasted great with fair portions π.

Food was cold. The didnt change spoons, poured old food into new food. Very unwelcoming. Just a weird chipotle and i been to alot. Shut her down and train properly before youre the first chipotle to be shut down

I just tried to order Chipotle bowl and scanner wouldn't work and wanted to double charge me for protein. I'm loyal Customer and have points to use. The cashier wanted to charge because there scanner doesn't work. This is worst customer service! Never shared scanner wasn't working until you paid for your food and then want to double charge you. Clearing staff and management have no clue what they are doing at all
Do not come to this location as the staff have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely stay away!

This place sucks! I was ordered at home using the application and after I get there, the first staff with blonde hair saying my order was picked up by someone else I said how is that possible I just ordered ten minutes ago π then she went for a glasses and lots of tattoos women, I bet she is mangager I have been waiting a lot time and asking the reason, she just responded me with I'm not IT... then keep asking me is that order for myself after I showed her multiple times of my order and my cellphone! I'm not familiar with counter orders is there a problem?! This guy was ridiculous and rudeπ I paid $20 for this kind of service and those poor little piece of meat???She scooped some meat but only put a tiny amount in my Chipotle bowl and then put the rest back LMAO. Iβm not coming to this place again. This is ridiculous. And chipotle you better ask your IT department finding why this new place doesn't showing orders in the counter after the customer ordered online with your own application π π π and you better train your employees to be polite, after all these unpleasant experiences not even a single word sorry
