I really appreciate this location. I often visit here after my shift. The staff offers outstanding customer service.
Today was a little unusual. I received half of a cinnamon roll. Maybe because I asked for a specific one and the your lady didn't appreciate that, but to pay $10 for half a raw cinnamon roll is not ok.

I arrived at about 10:55am excited to swing by after making a special trip from Flagstaff. Mini cinnabons were going to be a gift to my Grandma for her 89th birthday. Upon trying to place my order I was confronted by a visibly upset worker, an older woman with freckles on her arms. As the only person there, and after taking my order, she began working on something else, and finally completed my order by throwing my box on the counter. I would say this person was kind enough to me but made me feel pretty uncomfortable by her visibly upset mood. Ruined my special trip there.

As I was walking by my sweet tooth was calling or answering to a cinnabon. I got a classic cinnabon. It's been a while since I've had one it was nice and warm and as good as I remembered. I ordered a strawberry drink that was good to to wash everything down.

I've purchased the 4 -6 pack of Cinnamon Rolls weekly for my staff. Each time I purchased the pre-packed Cinnamon rolls they've tasted stale and as if they were cooked days before I purchased them. I've never complained and disregarded the several day old cinnamon rolls as one offs/ bad days.Today I decided to ask to have them place fresh cinnamon rolls for the 4 pack order. I explained to the manager Yaheli, that I had bad experiences with the pre-packaged rolls and that is why I wanted a 4-pack box of fresh rolls. I was told that the box that I purchased was made today (2/17) in the morning, but the date on box says (2/16). That's a day old. Then I was told if I wanted fresh 4-pack rolls it was store policy for them to up-charge customers for the individual pricing for each roll. Yet again, I purchased the 4-packed pre-packed cinnamon rolls. For the 10th purchase, 10th time, they were dried out and hard as if they were cooked and sitting days before I purchased it. I realized these are not one offs, but purposely done.The manager was dishonest to me on several occasions during this interaction. She lied to me stating the rolls were made today (2/17), but on the box it stated they were made on 2/16. Then she stated she was not able to give me a 4-pack order of fresh rolls due to store policy and that was also lie. If I wasn't paying attention to the change in the subtotal on the cash register, then I would not have noticed that they tried to secretly charge me for individual rolls.It makes you wonder how many times have they been dishonest and secretly up-charged customers for fresh bulked rolls. There were plenty of fresh rolls that could have been sold for individual purchase and bulk purchase.I don't know if this is the culture of Cinnabon as a whole, but this interaction encouraged by the manager (Yaheli) and it was an example to her staff of how she should treat customers is a reflection of dishonest & poor training. The location at Arizona Mills (Tempe, Az) is currupt, negative, and dishonest at best.

I had a coupon that I received via email that said "Show to a team member to redeem." The employees refused to honor it and told me I had to download the app. When I downloaded the app it prompted me for a password, and I couldn't remember my password. I clicked "password reset" and never got a reset email. An hour later, the email still hasn't come. I offered to show the employees the coupon email and then delete it and empty my email trash while they watched if they were worried I'd try to reuse the coupon. They refused and told me they could not accept my coupon. Horrible service and a waste of my time. Also horrible rewards system that doesn't allow you to reset a password.
