Unfortunately we had incredibly subpar experience when we visited last Saturday. We thought that by coming early (11:30am), we would beat the lunch rush, but even though they were not very busy, the service was very slow. Our server was very friendly and personable, but we had to ask for beverage refills more than once, and our entrees came out lukewarm (all except our daughter’s spaghetti which was the temperature of the surface of the sun). We ordered the Bacon Mac ‘n Cheese Burger and the Tri-Tip Dip Sandwich, both of which looked delicious in the menu pictures, but were mediocre in reality. The burger’s patty was thin, dry, and broken into pieces with a few sad macaroni noodles on top, and the tri-tip dip was much smaller than expected and the bread (which was the size of a standard hot dog bun) was a soggy mess because most of the au jus was spilled on the way to the table. I opted for the Thai slaw side because it sounded interesting and different, but it was really just bagged coleslaw to which they added a few peanuts and a drizzle of dressing. It’s disappointing to pay a premium price ($16 for a sandwich and $3.75 for a soda) for a lackluster dining experience.

Food is good here. We normally go in large groups. Most times our food is brought out hot. There are some times where at least one member's food is very late. All in all a good place to eat. Good heart portions given and we dont usually have to wait to be seated.

Had french dip sandwich with fries. Both were very good and filling. Finished the meal off with a delicious dessert and had two cookies to go. Our waitress was very attentive when needed.

I had made a birthday reservation and it wasn't addresses . I made a reservation to minimize the wait but actually sat at the table with my guests for a good 20 minutes before a waiter come to us . It's not like they were busy at the time . It was my first time here and I had been eager for it all week. The service was NOT the best at all . The food was amazing though and loved the whole vibe!

Nice clean restaurant with roomy seating - I do not eat beef often but heard that they had a very good rib eye steak - it was fantastic and came with a baked potato that was on steroids

We came here for happy hour and loved trying a bunch of food for the price of a regular entree. The pretzel was amazing, so soft and fresh and the cheese wasn’t spicy. It was a great idea to add Parmesan to the onion rings to give it a little something extra. The chips were fresh and tasty too! Would come here again for sure.

We made reservations for a group of 12 and we had to wait about 15 minutes, but we did not mind because it is difficult to predict the table time needed for large groups. The hostess that greeted us when we arrived, checked to see if anyone was new to Claim Jumpers and gave people a menu if they wanted one. Our server was experienced and gave excellent service. We were not seated by the people who belonged on the same ticket (bill), and she managed all of that very well. The portions at Claim Jumpers are always generous and the tip is included for large groups. The food was very good and we were glad we chose Claim Jumpers for our get together. The staff were upbeat and happy.

Really happy with my experience here. Ordered the slow roasted tri tip with a loaded baked potato. This location had extremely friendly workers. Always smiling and really courteous. My girlfriend even ordered a drink she didn’t like and the bartender tossed it out and made her a new one and subtracted the difference. I highly recommend coming here during happy hour!

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner there on Valentine's Day. The service was outstanding and the food was so delicious with very generous portions. We will definitely come back!

Food and service was good. Music was so loud our party of 6 in a secluded booth could not begin to talk over it. After SEVERAL attempts and requests the RAP music (not even restaurant quality Valentine's Day ) was turned down in our area. The rest of the place continued to scream over the music. Way to loud. The Keg has ya by a mile!

Always a solid meal and good service at this restaurant. Happy Hour in the bar area offers many good deals with a large Happy Hour menu. Entrees are solid and deserts can be hugh! Go hungry!

This was my first time ever eating at the restaurant chain but I have plans to return for sure! The service was great as our waitress was very attentive and deserved her tip. The food was delicious and they know how to cook asparagus! My long islands were well crafted also ans my tri tip was medium rare. Also a first but very enjoyable! I was visiting one of the Arizona locations so I hope California's are up to par!

Stopped in again for a relaxed meal. As it is close to the Best Western Plus here in Tempe, stopped for a light dinner. had the pork belly bbq burger which I had done up Keto style. Great food and service at the bar!

I came here with my family for a get together to catch up, and this was one of the best places to do it, I think! Our waiters were always there and checking on us, and were quick to answer questions and help us get our food exactly how we requested. It came out in a very timely fashion for how much food we got and how busy they were. One of our orders was off at first and took some extra time, but they were very professional with how they handled it, and very eager and quick to fix it.

I haven't been to Claim Jumper since I was a kid! I stumbled across this location while out shopping. The lunch menu is fantastic. Options for everyone. I personally got the sliders. Delicious! Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Our waitress was amazing.
