Valentines Day. Issues with honoring our OpenTable reservations. Reserved Indoor Bar seats. Offered table closest to bathrooms. Had to settle for outdoor dining. Overbooked and under staffed. They couldn't handle the crowd. Res 6:30, got there 6:25, don't get seated until 6:45. Wouldn't let you go to bar for drink. Sent email that we had to be done in 1.5 hrs. They couldn't get us out in over 2 hrs with serve times on food and booze? Food great, so this is disappointing to write not a complaint. No free app or desert just an empty apology from hostess
Absolute perfection! Class act! Re-lighting the candles, changing out dishwater and cutlery per course, the server coursed out our meal and was incredibly knowledgeable and lovely, drinks were fabulous, ambiance was dope.
