I paid for an order online for a cake for pick up at 11:30. Store opens at 11, got a confirmation for my order for 11:30 pickup, show up at 11:30 and the store is locked and empty. Waited 20 minutes and had to go pick up a cake at another store because I needed it for an event at 12:30. I did call back later in the afternoon and it sounded like someone decided to show up and they were able to issue a refund. Really bad service.

They served me a bee mixed into my ice cream and it stung me in my mouth. Highly recommend staying away from this place. Their quality control has gone out the door.

Cold stone creamery ice creams always so delicious 😋 It was quite busy, but the kids working there were amazing nice, polite and fast! Lots of custom options; something for everyone! 🍨

Would be nice to open at 11am like the store hours indicated.

the new pumpkin pie ICE CREAM IS TO DIE FOR!!! it had graham, marshmallow fluff, carmel, and pumpkin pie ice cream! i loved it and i would highly recommend you trying it this season 🧡

Wonderful location

Went to cold stone for our birthday treat. Flustered staff rushing customers i didnt get what i wanted because staff didnt pay attention to what i was asking for the ice cream is under temp and melting so i didnt get to even enjoy the icecream before it was water in a cup. cone is stale and overall left feeling like i wasted my money and didn’t get any type of enjoyment out of that.

Refused to let me try a sample before I buy it!! Called another coldstone, they ssid they absolutely offer samples. And it said right on thier display that they offer samples! Also very rude employees here! Would not recommend.

I love Coldstone & especially this location.
I'd love ro say everyone looks happy & helpful, but today, the only one that was friendly or helpful was the young blonde girl. The 2 Hispanic girls were so busy gossiping @ the register, that either had time to help me with a doordash pickup (or to even Acknowledge me)
To the young blonde, Thank you & I wish I'd gotten your name to rate you as a 5 for helpfulness

I enjoyed this Coldstone location! There were many people when I went, but the workers were efficient and speedy. I always enjoy getting the cotton candy and sweet cream flavors. I was pleased to see that they went above and beyond when filling up my cup ?

Got some icecream and used the restroom a “family restroom”. I went In with my husband and after like 2 minutes they were banging on the door saying we couldn’t use it togather.
