This is such a great idea to have a little cafe at our already fabulous Tempe Public Library. The selections are varied enough that anyone, young or young at heart will find something pleasing for both food and drink. I appreciate that they select different coffee flavors each week that sound and taste delicious and for a very reasonable price. I was recently here with the toddler to redeem one of our summer reading challenge prizes, a free drink from the cafe. The drink was a blue lemonade with a gummy shark and whipped cream on top in honor of the oceans theme for this year's challenge. It looked so cute and tasted superb! It had just the right amount of sweetness and tartness and the toddler was zooming around for hours after chugging that drink down lol. They recently reopened up the outdoor patio too it looks like so this will be a great option for snacking or getting a nice beverage when the weather gets cooler.

Cozy, happy cafe bordered by books from the little bookstore. A favorite stop!

Great! I love this cozy spot right in Tempe Public Library. It's so convenient that you can grab some snacks or beverages to keep your tummy from rumbling and to keep you energized while sitting, lounging, browsing, or studying at the library. When I came, I did not see much of a line. It was just myself. I took advantage of their posted special- $1 lemonade. It was not too sweet nor too sour. Just the perfect amount of refreshment for a sweltering summer day. There was also some coffee flavors and some yummy pastries to choose from as well. Additionally, the cashier lady working that day was very nice and efficient.

There are plugs for laptops underneath those brass circles on the floor. ;-)
