Very dissapointed in my most recent Cookies from home experience. I went online and placed an order and paid for same day delivery on Monday December 30th. The delivery was a Birthday gift for my sister. The cookies never arrived and I called and emailed Cookies from home to see what happened. My calls were never answered and went to voicemail. Two days passed with multiple calls and messages left on their business answering machine. Finally on Thursday January 2nd I got a call from Lourdes who informed me that my order would go out on this date if I still wanted it or they could cancel my order. I then explained to Lourdes that I had paid for same day delivery on December 30th because it was a birthday gift. Lourdes proceeded to explain that they closed early on December 30 and were closed on the 31st and 1st. It must be noted that nowhere on the Cookies from Home website was there any notice given that they would be closing early on the 30th and would be closed until January 2nd. Lourdes confirmed over the phone there was no website notice to inform their customers placing online orders that they were closing early on the 30th and would be closed until January 2nd. I told Lourdes I was very dissapointed in the customer service and once again she offered to cancel my order but never offered to refund me the same.day delivery fee that I had paid. Since this was a gift I opted to go through with my original order and have it delivered. I must say that when I sampled the cookies and brownies I was very dissapointed in the quality of the product. Both items tasted very processed like something you would buy at Walmart or Fry's. I have ordered cookies from other companies like Tiffs Treats in Texas that arrive still warm and delicious and not individually wrapped in plastic like the way Cookies from Home does it. Due to the lack of quality and poor customer service I will never again order products from Cookies from home.

We were sent a "basket of goodies" from Cookies From Home! They were not only beautiful, they were AMAZING! The assortment was of different flavored cookies, as well as decorated ones, which were so adorable - almost to pretty to eat! I would highly recommend Cookies From Home to order for gifts or just to plain keep them for yourself to eat! Wish I lived closer (I'm in Texas) so I could just "stop by" for a goodie!

Ordered over a week in advance and paid over a week in advance for store pickup this afternoon. I arrived a half hour before their 3 pm closing time to pickup the prepaid order. I ordered a holiday crate that included cookies and I specifically requested only chocolate chip and fudge wheels. I did not get what I ordered. The cookies were hard and stale. The crate was not ready and I had to wait while they put it together without following original order instructions. They tried to blame the customer for their screw up on not knowing when I was coming! The crate is a huge disappointment and not worth the money. The cookies were hard as bricks. They gave me stale stuff because they knew I was not happy to have to wait. This places has gone downhill since they moved off of mill Avenue years ago.

I've been a fan of this place since visiting Tempe in the early 90's. I've sent cookies for many of occasions. The last time I ordered I had a special request that I forgot to include when ordering. I reached out via email and heard back from the owner who was beyond accommodating within the hour. Always great customer service and delicious cookies!

Cookies are amazing! However, the cashier was rude and seemed like we were bothering her. She shouldn't be working there. Terrible customer service.
My niece is attending Arizona State University and this is a great service to deliver some love from home, stress relief and study helpers. Would also be a nice ice breaker at beginning of the semester. I had a delivery issue and was so impressed with the service I received. Shout out to Alex for his follow up and professionalism. Highly recommend this company - and my niece gave the cookies thumbs up!

We were in a bind and had to get 4 dozen custom cookies in exactly one week. We found cookies from home. They said they could do the job and we sent them over our theme with a picture. They made our ideas come to life!!!! Every cookie was done with such elegance and every cookie was taken from the party!! Thank you so much.
