Just a heads up - the last few boxes I purchased of Kirkland Protein Bars have issues. The Cookie Dough bars are OK.... but the Chocolate Bars have been hard-hard-hard. Seriously they are too dry and jawbreakers. They used to be softer - Here is a wrapper code from the recent batch - 17350B2 BB 16 Dec 2018 17:39 3 Please fix I have been buying them for years...never really crazy with the toughness to chew of both flavors overall - but this chocolate problem is now unacceptable....
Costco's customer service is exemplary! Period. I bought a KitchenAid grill island from the store - which turned out to be defective, and Costco jumped in and replaced it. The challenge here was that this this ensemble weighed almost 800 lbs! Anthony Gonzalez, the GM at the Tempe store went way out of his way to help with switching it out, particularly getting the old one out and putting the replacement back in place.
