I drives to her place from Phoenix and she stated only Appointment even when there was a sign on the door that stated closed at 4 pm and Saturday and Sunday by Appointment. Call before you head over there expect not to find them open. Not going back.

Curtis and his sweet wife go above and beyond in customer service. I had to bring my espresso machine for service from Pinetop and they stayed well after hours waiting for me to get there, and then worked on it immediately so that I could take it back the next day. Thank you!

We are new husband and wife cafe owners and popped in for other options. This small family ran business was key for us! They are friendly, informative, knowledgeable and honest! We just bought almost alllll our coffee making needs from them! So glad we found them. Definitely worth the drive from Surprise.

Great little family owned business. I got my espresso machine from them and I still purchase my frappuccino base from them and they have always been really helpful and communicative. Definitely would recommend!

The woman that answered the phone took my request and I was immediately contacted . Not only did they ship the part out, but checked with me to see if it had arrived . The part arrived in California two days from the order .i tried three other vendors before i reached out to Coyote Coffee.i’ve been in the coffee business for over 40 years.
