People are rude, there was a child being babysat by the head employee not sure if she was the manger but she kept telling the kid Jackson to shut up, I asked the young black girl for a key to the restroom and she just kept walking by me like she didn’t here me. This place is ran horribly and management should be ashamed. Please do better!!!

Went through the drive-through and got a large blizzard to share with my son. It looked full until it got stirred. There was a big space in the bottom and it was only 2/3 full when we pushed it down. I went back because i paid for a large, I should get a large. They treated me like I was trying to rip them off. Finally they added more ice cream but no additional toppings. The whole experience was pretty ridiculous. I won't be going back to this location.

I placed an online order at 9:20 pm for 4 items. They said it should be ready by 9:32. Sent my brother to the restaurant to pick up the food, but the drive thru line was busy so he went inside. The guy at the register said that he was making our order and that it should be done in a few minutes. No problem, my brother sat down to wait for the order. During that time, people kept coming in and ordering and getting their food before he got ours. When he asked the guy, the guy said that he was still working on it. My brother asked to speak to the manager and she said that it was policy to help the customers coming in first before the online orders. If that's the case, why take online orders in the first place? He said to forget the order and to reimburse him and she said she couldn't do that. After some arguing he took the food and left. We live 1.1 miles away (according to Google maps) and it took 45 min from the time I placed the order until he came back home. Then one of our banana splits had a rotten banana that we had to cut off in order to eat it. We will never go back there again.

For a long time I refused to try the hot dogs here, since they felt like a menu afterthought. You're here for the legendary blizzards! However after trying a cheese dog, the quality surprised me. It was good for the price, and was 100% beef.
This location treats crunch cones so weird. Any employee but the guy in the beanie with gauges will give you a cone barely coated in the crunch then get visibly mad/annoyed when you ask them to actually coat it. It’s happened multiple times and this time I was just over the eye rolling. A chocolate dipped cone less than half covered would be returned. Why would staff willingly give an unfinished item to a customer then get mad when asked to correct it?

Sat in drive thru waiting to give my order at the sign saying "place order here" for around 5 min. at 7pm on a Saturday while there was virtually no customers. Decided go to Bosa instead since they offer better service.

I went during night shift an older white lady with short hair and messed up teeth had such a bad attitude she slammed the drive thru door in my face when I asked which ice cream she gave me poor poor customer service I’d understand if I was being rude but I was just ordering ice cream she came to the window with hate in her heart I won’t be back

No wifi Last time I went my blizzard while it did the flip was very soupy not sure why an ice cream place can’t get that part right. Maybe it was the heat
