Nice time for a junior high school student with mom.
Excellence!
Awful. There was confusion about my order. When I attempted to explain my part I was cut off and interrupted rudely by the employee saying “I GOT IT.” And she held her hand up as if to stop me from talking. When she gave me the correct item she then told me my total was still the same and ran my card. Come to find out my correct item was half the cost of the item she charged me for, she was just too lazy to correct the total.
All I was trying to do was apologize and explain my end of the mix up, one of us has a dairy allergy. But you cut me off, and knowingly overcharged me. Dark hair. Dark eyes. Tattoos on neck. Drive thru.
I got the mix up blizzard with Oreos added. No Oreos, no brownie pieces. Expensive treats need to be made right, especially if your paying extra!
I experienced first hand cross contamination when I took my item that I purchased from the drive thru, back inside the restaurant. They missed a topping, instead of remaking they just added it!
The ice cream was great!!! But come on now staff, smile once in a while. At least put a fake one on. Us old folk call it fake it to make it 💯
Excellent service, quick and the ice cream was delicious!!! Definitely recommend this location!
Good service and management
I'm paying higher prices for less ice cream. A small dipped cone used to be a real treat. Went by and paid $10 for two cones that were tiny and had very little chocolate. Not worth it
My order has been a plain vanilla ice cream cone for years...but lately the amount of soft serve on the cones has been tiny. Maybe half of what it used to be. There aren't even swirls on the cones anymore, just a column of soft serve. Service is good, but the small amount makes me not want to come here anymore.
Restaurantji Recommends
I was just charged $6 and some change for what was essentially a glass of milk with maybe a spoon full of ice cream in it and 2 drops of Hershey syrup. 1/100 do not recommend. Go to literally anywhere else for better shakes and service
This year, DQ celebrates an incredible milestone -- 85 years of bringing smiles and sweetness!
It's the last day of April and we have already had a few days of 100°F weather. Yuck! I'm not a big ice cream person but I've been seeing their commercials plenty for their Confetti Cake Blizzard. Their ads worked because it was on my mind and I had to make it mine! I liked it!
Dairy Queen is a great place to grab your sweet treat and go. No hate from me.
Very frustrating to be ripped off twice. The first ripoff is the price so I rarely go to DQ anymore but once in a while I get the craving and decide to splurge...LOL. Well it is even more frustrating when you do spend the big bucks and don't get what you paid for. Right when the gal greeted me I had a bad feeling since she sounded barely coherent and sure enough I ended up with a Blizzard with a couple of pecans on top and a cup full of vanilla ice cream. My biggest pet peeve is when an establishment gets the full amount of your hard earned money but you don't get the value for what you paid. It almost feels like they are stealing from you. My money is paid in full but I don't get the full product as promised. Ugghhh.....
Went to get a deal two shakes the women at register had attitude with me slammed the shakes down.about my order and said I will make them later. Left came back made them. I understand it’s busy ice cream, was ok every time I won’t be going back to this location there are homeless people there. Won’t be coming back! My blizzard was melted as well.
This place…. Is foul! Like af. Just gross…. The store the people… it smells flys everywhere nasty
