Ever since Dairy Queen went away from their flame broiled patties, Ive grown to dislike their food. (But the ice cream!!! Still the best!) they do, however, have a few good things besides their ice cream just not the burgers, LOL! tonight though was kind of special because I ordered extremely late my phone was dying after having a reallllly long day at laborous work and I really needed to eat. I thought I placed the order, Useing the app, just in the nick of time... when I pulled up to the drive-thru window it was apparently not submitted! I'm assuming it was the manager and her closing crew were more than happy to actually ring up the order at the window even though it was well after 10:00 at this point in time and made sure I got some food and they didn't even give me a dirty look, they happily made the order, it was super hot, Super Fresh, and I could not have asked for anything more especially after their closing hours. THANK YOU TO WHOEVER WAS THE MANAGER AT THIS TIME AND THE EMPLOYEES AS WELL 🧡10:30pm 11/19/2025🧡 chicken tenders basket with cheese curds and gravy with toast

Unbelievable. The new mobile ordering while you sit in the restaurant. First, we approached the counter preferring in person ordering. Told we had to use app for mobile order.
Restaurant was clean.
Sat down and submitted our order. Waited…waited…watched and heard as the 4 teens working were shrieking, engaging as silly teens. Still waiting.
20 minutes later we approached the counter, interrupting group chatter to check status on order - not complicated. 2 bananas splits.
They all looked at each other, one pulls a bag from a freezer, “oh you mean this order?” I can’t at all understand the logic of completely ignoring your only customers - you weren’t kinda wondering why we were hanging out in the lobby?
Asked for a refund. Can’t refund mobile orders!!! You only allow mobile orders and you can’t reel refund it after horrible service. Unbelievable.
So disappointed by the service I ordered online went to get my order and when I arrived I was served what looked to be food that was returned by some angry customer and hey saved time by reordering. SMH the guy claimed to be the manager with the glasses and served me a (half empty) large root beer with the other half of the cup full of foam. Imagine driving home and opening your meal and it’s already half gone. Filed for refunded and here’s the review. Not returning any time to that location 7510 s rural rd.

Have not been to DQ for a while. A friend of mine was having a b-day and I was told that her absolute favorite treat was a Strawberry Sundae from DQ. So, I ordered a medium. My only complaint was the thimble sized order I received for 5 bucks. OMG, I would hate to see what a small looks like . Note to self, next year go to Costco. It will be huge and cost less than half the DQ price.

Chicken looked and tasted reheated over and over not fresh. The fries were soggy and undercooked with dark spots all over, very unappetizing. You’d think going through the drive thru that they would realize the temperature is 105 outside and hold off on giving me my ice cream before my food was done, my kids blizzard and dilly bar melted before we even got our food!
