Terrible service. Was at the event yesterday and was charged $65 for the ceaser salad, soda and a milk shake. Once complained to the waitress about the additional $27.75 charge (?) she said it’s the 20% service charge “per table”. That’s a shame how they handle the business. Will not be buying anything from them again.

We had a reservation at 430. When we got there we went to the hostess stand and no one was there. We stood there for about 10 mins before we walked up to the bar and asked what to do. They told us to just sit wherever. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes and no one came over and acknowledged us. We finally tracked down a server in another area and she said she'd send someone over. About 5-6 minutes later our waiter came over and took our drink order. About 5 minutes later our drinks came. The main reason we came was to watch the football game and let the kids play. We asked our server if he could turn it on and he stated he would have his manager come out and turn it on. His manager did that and walked past us several times. Not once did he acknowledge that over 30 mins of lag time in the wait service. Or even us in general. The football game was put on the big screens but there was no sound which the server stated they couldn't get on. We ended up eating our food and leaving at half time to go home and watch the rest of the game. Very disappointing experience. I would have thought on a Friday night with it being the first Friday game of the NFL season they would have prepared better. There were a LOT of people standing at the hostess stand waiting even after us. Don't think we'll go back. At least not to this location. We didn't want anything in return for the long wait but an acknowledgement of the mistakes would have gone a long way.

Went for July 4th BBQ. Was VERY disappointed in food prep (salad had obviously been prepared day prior as croutons were soggy), beans had sat out for entire duration and also inedible, burgers only had cheese (and 5 of us don’t eat cheese). Several machines took our credits and would not work, so I went to front, waited 20+ mins (several other people walked in waited, and eventually sat themselves), finally asked a server to send someone up front, STILL nobody came. Sent message to customer service, received a half-hearted email, no response from location or phone call. Over $200, what a ripoff!!

Got a single margarita drink but they sent me the wrong flavor and it also tasted like mold. Husband got a snow cone drink and it spilled all over the table as the waitress put it down, but at least it tasted good. Checked the menu because I'm celiac but no options there as their only claim on the menu was that about five items maybe didn't have gluten in it - but definitely did, because fryer oil cross-contaminates everything.

Waitress spent a lot of time gossiping to coworkers and I had to flag a different one down to find her to pay for the drinks.

Come for the arcade, stick to the arcade.

$25 for my 8 year old to play a couple games????1 star for corporate greed.

It was alright, food was mediocre and needs more games

Fun place to spend some good family time and spend a few hundred dollars if you are up for it. Games were all working well so that was a plus. Unlimited game play is limited to blue and red games? So not Unlimited lol.....and lots of opportunity to upgrade to more gaming play for more $. Didn't eat here but food looked good from what we saw.

I first attended a workshop. The food was great. My waiter was awesome, and I loved the atmosphere.

Went for a marketing workshop in the back room. Lunch was provided and everything tasted great. Servers were working hard and kept the room clean and buffet stocked.

It’s Dave & Busters. It’s always great. Sometimes there’s a game under maintenance, but just play another. Food is pretty standard American type - similar to what you’d find at Chilis.

I’d recommend the cheesesteak and go during happy hours. Also Wednesdays are half off games.

We were there for a retirement party, the staff helping and serving us were absolutely amazing, they helped us set up the gift and cake table. The food and drinks were served promptly and stood nearby for any help we needed, thank you
