This is the second time I’ve given this place a shot, and for the second time, I was disappointed. About a year ago, I took my family of 7 out for dinner - we ordered appetizers and put our dinner order in. Almost an hour later we asked the waiter about our food - no one ever cooked it. We left and ended up having take-out for dinner. Fast forward to last week and against my better judgement, my sister talked me into going back for lunch. Our spinach artichoke appetizer was steaming but ice cold in the center. They took it back to remake it and by the time it came back we were halfway done eating. My sister and her boyfriend ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches and had no complaints. I ordered the fish and shrimp and they were so greasy that they were dripping. My husbands chicken tenders were so overcooked that they didn’t even look like chicken - they looked like leather. When the manager came over, instead of taking accountability for the overcooked and greasy food, he blamed it on corporate, telling us they “Changed the chicken and this is just how it looks now.” I wish I could post a photo because it’s truly unbelievable. Absolutely will not return to this location, for the price, they need to do much better.

Food was good, average restaurant food, good selection. Service far exceeded my expectations, server kept coming back to the table even after settling the bill. This place is not my cup of tea but my grandson had a Blast. Thankfully the T Wolves were on so I could watch the game while he roamed the arcade. I would sure do it again.

I always put reviews up for employees. This review is for Marissa at the front desk. She shared the Dave & Busters app so cards can be organized better. Thanks Marissa she needs a raise.

The manager Rob at this location is the absolute greatest! He helped us with many things today and made the best experience for our kids. This is also by far the best Dave and Busters we have ever been to. Food was perfect too! If I could give this 1000 stars I absolutely would! Come to this location !
