However, our English was too poor to understand. The landlady immediately switched to Chinese and after hearing The Chinese language was so touching that the lady boss even treated us to American Scout cookies (sure enough, any place with Taiwanese people is home❤️)When we were about to leave, he said goodbye to us warmly❤️It was so heartwarming?Forgot to mention that the drinks are really delicious. We ordered Oolong Milk Boba/Orange Green Tea. They were both really delicious, especially the Oolong Milk. After one sip, I felt like I was back in Taiwan???

The drinks I got are SO GOOD!!! They have no popping boba but I was pleasantly surprised with the tapioca pearls!!! They were very soft and sweet! They have different jellies though! This is my favorite boba place so far!! I love it!!! The employees were sweet and deserve to be tipped very well! I don't think this place is americanized so much. I think this is the most authentic you can get in America. The ambience is nice and relaxing. I feel like I can think there so it'd be a great place to get projects done

I was on the mood for bubble tea this past weekend and I went here to give it a try since I was close by. I got a green milk tea with boba which the tea came back strong, the boba was chewy and sweet enough for the drink. I highly recommend this place.

How have I not rated this place? Not only the best boba I've had in Tempe, it's the best boba I've had period. Real taro (and only real taro) is used. Nothing better!

Being from SoCal, I've had plenty of milk tea! This place was authentic with fresh brewed tea and toppings. We ordered 6 drinks. Every drink, oolong milk tea, strawberry fresh milk, banana milk tea, green tea....were all excellent. Located in a strip mall. Plenty of parking. Staff were helpful with explaining drinks. Service was fast. Some indoor seating. Only a couple tables. Would recommend.

Was in the area and came in order caramel milk tea and milk tea with foam, both of the drink is very good and the customer service is good as well. They gave good portion of boba. They made it fast, I didn’t have to wait long for my drink. I highly recommended this place.
