Gloria at the Denny’s on Rural & the 60 in Tempe is an incredible asset to the team. She’s been here 6–7 years and it shows in her service—efficient, attentive, and professional. She’s cross-trained in multiple roles, from front-of-house to back, and handles it all with a calm, steady energy.

I told her today that she’s a natural leader, even if she doesn’t fully see it yet. Her manager wants her to step into a leadership role, and I hope she does—because Denny’s needs more Glorias. Short in height, but big in heart and hustle. 💪🏽“

“I come here several nights a week—specifically to this Denny’s—because Daisy is the best. She’s the first server who hasn’t made me feel like an alien for being allergic to butter. She’s kind, hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented—always making sure I get everything I need, down to the last condiment. She handles the rush with grace, even when it gets unexpectedly busy. The cook, Jorge, is also amazing. He’s here most of the time, and I honestly get nervous when someone else is cooking. Other cooks usually act like my butter allergy is ridiculous or say it’s impossible to cook without it. But Jorge takes it seriously and always makes the grilled chicken and steak taste great.“
