For the past three times I come to pick up my pizza. The app says it’s ready and I see that it barely went into the oven and the employees are either on their phone or talking with each other.

The pizza I picked up 25 min after I ordered it, looks like it had been sitting there under the heat lamps for an entire day. It was dry. The crust was stale. Really not good.

Policy Issue: Store Credit Requires Additional Spending & Complicates Delivery

This is the third time I've encountered a frustrating issue when trying to redeem an issued store credit (as compensation for a previous order).

After applying the credit, your system consistently requires us to pay a small additional amount, often $2 to $3, which must be covered by a separate payment method or gift card. While $3 seems small, this nickel-and-diming adds up, and it completely defeats the purpose of the store credit.

The problem is compounded by your minimum delivery requirement: it is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to use the full value of a store credit without being forced to spend additional money out of pocket just to complete the transaction. In essence, we cannot fully use the credit that was issued to us unless we are ready to spend more cash.

Management needs to review this policy. A store credit should cover the cost it was intended for without requiring supplemental payment.

The manager Jared has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and lied straight to my face. He didn’t even bother to greet me when I walked in for the first 3 minutes I stood there.

I ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza with extra cheese, and he told me that “extra cheese removes a layer of pepperoni.” Make that make sense. That’s not how pizza works, or how I ordered it and gave some excuse that sounds like he fried his last remaining brain cells on his break.

To make things worse, he was making pizzas with bare hands, wiping them on his clothes, and going right back to handling food without washing them. After handing me my pizza, he immediately went back to the prep area without sanitizing. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable.

When I pointed out that my pizza was missing the extra pepperoni it’s supposed to come with, he refused to fix it.

This Domino’s location seriously needs management retraining and a full health inspection before anyone else gets served like this.

I went to Pizza Hut and had a much better experience and the pizza smells and looks better.

Pizza wasn't even cut. I ordered 8 hot wings. They came with very very little sauce. Wings were undercooked.... pizza hit will be my go to

Ordered $60+ worth of food from here and couldn’t give more than one tiny sauce to go with an order of 18 wings. Plus the place is dusty and workers were not friendly. Won’t be ordering from here again. Food is mediocre at best and not worth the price.

I was having issues redeeming a corporate coupon for a free pizza. The store I originally ordered from was in Tennessee so I was unable to reorder with them as I'm now back in Arizona. I was actually shocked at the lack of help and how rude the girls I spoke with were at this location. There was miscommunication happening on all ends so I started asking a questions to help me understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues, things escalated. I asked for the name of the manager I was speaking to so I could give it to the original location I ordered from to make the resolution more seamless or so I knew who to ask for if I needed to call back. She refused to give it to me and then proceeded to hang up.

I had no thoughts to make a complaint until this happened. The other locations I talked to were incredibly kind about the entire situation and thankfully were able to redeem the corporate coupon.

Domino’s definitely came through in a clutch. I was hungry and it was almost 11 o’clock at night and they helped me out. The munchies are a wonderful thing.

Disappointed in my online ordering experience tonight. I placed an order around 10:15pm. I gave birth recently and was excited to get the baby down and have a late night dinner. I was watching the tracker and excited when I got the text that the driver was on the way. I then saw on the tracker that my order was delivered. I live in a condo so I went outside to find the food or the driver. I then received a call from dominos telling me there was a glitch in the system and they have my order but they never actually made the order or gave it to the driver. This was annoying since I got the confirmation email and delivery updates. The person on the phone wasn’t very apologetic and told me it would be a while to make and deliver my order since they were busy. I told her I could not come pick it up since I had a newborn sleeping. It was disappointing that my order wasn’t going to be prioritized given that I ordered it a while ago. They gave me a refund but I wish they would’ve offered more for this inconvenience. I will not be ordering from this location again. This is our second failed attempt to get pizza delivered and had issues with the person we spoke to on the phone. They are unprofessional. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Where is our food? App says delivered and we don’t have our food. And they will not answer our calls. They don’t care about their customers. Stay away.
Do not ever order from this store.

I order here at the LEAST 3 times a week. Every single time I have to wait for them to remake my pizza don’t matter if I have it delivered or pick up. All I ask is that I my pizza in squares which is a option on there app. All I get is attitude no a free pizza or credit just attitude. I never get what I paid for the first the first. I have six kids who has to wait excessively for pizza. I got find a better pizza spot in Tempe who actually care about accuracy and customer service. I spend way to much money here to not get what I order!!!!!

This domino’s store really sucks because of the staff I came in 2 hour before closing and they were pissed I thanked so much and they was blowing air in my face. What a disappointment
