Drink Me! Tea Room *Reservations Required*

The desserts were good and super cute. The non desserts were not anyone's favorite. I don't know what I expected of this experience, but I believe doing this once is ok.

Drink Me is a gem, not only for Tempe, but the whole Valley. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff is friendly, and the tea and snacks delicious!

The tea room is nice and cozy ambience. The service is friendly and welcoming. The teas are very tasty, and the pastries are yummy and flavorful but not overly sweet. We didn’t like the savory food that much. It’s not cheap, but overall, it was a very good experience. We are grateful. Blessings. 🤍

12/7/24: Short version - wonderful experience, stellar staff, fantastic cocktails, beautifully themed decorations. It can be pricey, and if you're not vegan or a fan of gluten-free items, you may be unwilling to give it a try ... but don't let that stop you. We had three people at our afternoon tea, and none of us are vegan; we still had a great two hours.

Longer version - ** reservations are required ** I am writing this a month late, but whoa, the experience still resonates. My sister was visiting and we always do one "big" thing while she's here. This trip it was Drink Me! Their holiday theme was Alice in Wonderland, and boy did they go all out on decorations. Their cocktails were aptly named, presented well, and tasted so damn good. Every single one of them. Yes, some were better than others, but between the three of us, we tried every one of their special tea cocktails from the menu and no lie, all good!

The menus are presented in old books (what a novel idea! pun intended), they compost 95% of their materials (food, napkins, paper cups, etc), the staff was on top of their game the entire visit, and every single one was uber-friendly (kudos to our main server, Nekiyah).

As I said, none of us are vegan or have gluten issues. With regard to the food items, some were better than others. The mini sandwiches were very good and seasoned well, it was the dessert items that I would not go for again -- but that's because I am addicted to sugar. ;-) There was a wide variety and a couple of them were not horrible, but my experience / view regarding gluten-free dessert items has always been that they are dense and lack flavor. Despite that, the food tray had excellent presentation and the desserts were decorated in a way that you could tell the bakers took their time.

All three of us walked out of Drink Me! saying "WOW, what a trip! Let's do that again." Our final bill, minus tip, was $209. It was worth every penny. There are different tiers for menu selections (we chose one of the upper tiers) so please don't let the cost deter you from trying Drink Me! It is a fun place, especially if you have a special occasion to celebrate.

Love this place! Recently attended one of their Thursday night events - A Wild Pair: Cocktails and Desserts. Fabulous desserts, unique cocktails and friendly, personal service. You would not believe the desserts are all gluten free and vegan, but they are and taste AMAZING!

Had such a wonderful time, the selection of tea was the best I have experienced and it was served to perfection. The savories were delicious, the scone and bread were very tasty with the lemon curd and coconut cream and the deserts were delicious. Treat yourself to a cocktail or mocktail as well. Service and ambience were wonderful!

Unique experience. Food & service were superb.

This was a good experience, but I strongly feel that it was overpriced for what I received. Our table of 4 spent $220 ($55 each) and barely got our money's worth. The staff was nice, but I don't feel that the service i received was worth an included $35 gratuity fee. The website does not disclose that the entire menu is vegan and gluten-free. If the website was clearer, we would not have purchased that much food. I am sorry to say that I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. It was cute though.

I was celebrating my birthday with my best friend. She picked this beautiful place. It is the perfect place to bring your kids and enjoy a tea party. Make your reservation. It's also the perfect place for a first date. Enjoy the company and get to know each other moments.

My daughter and I enjoyed this tea room so much. The treats and tea were delicious! We will definitely go back again

This is one of our favorite places to visit and it is absolutely our favorite tea room! The food is FABULOUS, the tea is also fabulous, the staff is so kind and attentive and the experience is way more than a 5 stars!! We are not vegan, but I am gluten free. You cannot tell that the food is vegan or gluten free. I love the organic aspect of it, too. I HIGHLY recommend Drink Me Tea Room.

I’ve been here for three different themed teas and everything has been great. Service, food and tea! 10/10 highly recommend!
