As an old Dunkin GM, this store needs new workers. Ordered $40 worth of food and drinks, cold brew was clearly not made correctly this morning, it wasn’t mixed properly. Food was served 20 min later and cold. I can see their drive times, this is disappointing. The only thing done correctly was their willingness to remake the food.

This is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to, the guy in the register is didn’t know I ordered, he’s just talking on the phone the whole time. After 10 minutes, I told him about my order and he just said sorry it doesn’t appear in the screen while he had my order recipe! After I got my drinks, I asked where are the doughnuts? He apologized and gave me a free doughnut. Also, the counters remained filthy for about 15 minutes with no one to clean it. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Had me sitting at both the window and speaker box for like 10 minutes while there was no one in front of me and when she finally answered she had so much attitude, when I pulled up to the window I sat again and then the girl opened it and asked if I had a mobile order than made me repeat my order. There were 4 workers in there all giggling so there was no reason for me to be waiting 15 minutes for one coffee. They’re usually great but just horrible staff today.

This place has a lot of health code violations. They serve undercooked food. They re-serve returned items to other customers and they scoop ice barehanded using the customers cup from the ice bucket. They also prepare food without gloves.
