Whoever worked on 10/30/24 and cashed me and my husband out needs a big attitude adjustment. we ordered coffee and said thank you before leaving the drive thru and the person at the window shut the window on us before we could finish saying thank you. Didn’t realize you guys closed at 8 we got there at there at 7:40pm and couldn’t even get ONE DONUT cuz they threw them away already. I get it it’s close to closing time BUT I USED TO BE A SHIFT MANAGER FOR DUNKIN FOR 5 years I know how the operation and rules works. Donuts aren’t supposed to be thrown til those lights go off and doors are locked. I will be contacting the HR DEPARTMENT. If you don’t like your job then quit!!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee drink. The breakfast sandwich tasted like bleach and cleaner. The coffee drink was horrible. We brought it back in for money back. Highly suggest that you clean your microwave warmers out with water instead of bleach. The food was prevalent with bleach, and the drink was horrible. It certainly wasn’t worth $17.

Doesn't matter what time of day we go there, they never have donut holes. It can be at 10am, 2pm or 5pm. It is very disappointing. Makes me wonder if donuts are made daily or not.

I’ve been going to this location for two weeks straight now to get my morning iced latte, and I have never been to any Dunkin that has made my coffee this good, this consistently. It’s usually a hit or miss when going to Dunkin for a coffee, but these employees make my drink like they actually care every single time! Sweet, professional staff as well! They are never too busy either so you can get in as out very fast. I assume their never too busy because they are kind of ducked off in between two larger buildings, so when your driving by, it could be hard to miss if you didn’t already know they were located there.

We just ordered from Postmates because my girlfriend was in a hurry for an important meeting. When the order arrived we were missing our sandwich, plain bagel, and 2 orders of bagel bites. We called the driver and he said the restaurant messed it up. We drove to the location and they said the driver messed up, but were happy to give us the order. So super inconvenient, but accidents happen right? Well we start rushing to her appointment and realize that the order is completely messed up. They only gave us one order of the bagel bites, gave us a raisin bagel instead of plain and then we opened up the 1/2 dozen donuts that WERE delivered and half of them were the incorrect ones. That’s just beyond unacceptable; failure across every step of the order! Not sure what is going on in that building, but something is not operating properly at this location, don’t bother waiting your time or money here.

Ordered online picked up in the drive through. My order was a cup of coffee and 2 donuts. When i arrived to get my order i was informed that they were out of the type of donuts i ordered. Ok ill just take my coffee. I was told since i did my order with the app i could do a return and get my money back. After leaving i took a drink of my coffee and it went down the front of me thank you for not just waking me with caffeine but with scalding hot coffee down my chest and lap. Keep the $3.88. Consider it a tip and the last time i will visit.

I was at the drive thru this morning to buy a cinnamon iced coffee and the employee told me the item was discontinued. I asked her then why advertise a discontinued item? A manager or supervisor steps in and says that she doesn't control the screens. Im sorry if you hate your job, but learn to be more cordial with your customers. I already called the corporate office to complain.
